Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Invaders Walkthrough Guide

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Invaders quest has multiple outcomes based on Henry’s decisions. It all starts in a tavern, where conflict is brewing between Vuytek and the Cumans. A proper handling of the issue turns out to be important for the relationship during the subsequent time of work at the Cuman campus. However, a common bug causes Vasko to walk back to the Troskowitz tavern, preventing progression. To avoid this, follow Vasko briefly before helping Jasak, then return quickly. This guide covers every step, from managing conflicts to bypassing quest-breaking bugs, ensuring a smooth playthrough with the best possible outcome.

Invaders Quest KCD 2

If you start the quest while the Cumans are in the tavern, Betty will ask you to serve them. However, things quickly escalate when Vuytek begins insulting the Cumans. At this point, Henry can take either side, but since he’ll need to visit the Cumans’ camp later, it’s best to de-escalate the situation.

To keep things peaceful, choose dialogue options like “Good appetite!”, “Everyone calm down.”, “You’d better leave.”, and “Leave them alone.” Once the conversation ends, Henry will have to fight Vuytek, but without killing him, otherwise, the quest will fail. After the fight, Vuytek will ask Henry to handle the Cumans.

This marks the end of the quest’s unique opening. If you take on the quest after these events or refuse to serve the Cumans when Betty asks, the Invaders quest will begin after the tavern events. In this version, Henry will talk to Vuytek, who will task him with ensuring the Cumans never return to Troskowitz. That’s why maintaining a good relationship with the Cumans early on can be crucial for how the quest unfolds.

Cumans’ Camp Location

The Cumans’ camp is located northwest of the Nomad camp, so you won’t need to ask around for directions. Before heading there, keep in mind that an optional side mission in this quest requires a charisma level of 20 or higher. To boost Henry’s charisma, dress in high-quality clothing to avoid missing out on the reputation gain from this task.

Once at the camp, talk to Vasko and go through all his dialogue options – don’t forget to drink with him. If you’re interested in the side mission, when Vasko mentions Jasak’s love for a nomad girl, respond with “Maybe I could help.”

Help Jasak

If you agree to help Jasak, follow him to the nomad camp and speak with the girl he loves. To get the best outcome, you’ll need a charisma level of at least 20; otherwise, none of your responses will work. Choose these dialogue options: “I’m a friend of Jasak,” “We’re not!” “He says you’re beautiful,” “He says he dreams about you,” and “You should give him a chance.”

After the conversation, as Henry leaves, someone from the nomad camp will block his path. To keep things peaceful and wrap up the side mission successfully, respond with “It was nothing.”

Drinking With Vasko

Return to the Cumans’ camp and speak with Vasko, agreeing to drink more with him. Later at night, he’ll send you with Jasak to fetch more wine. Follow Jasak, sing along with him, and when he eventually falls, interact with the black dog on the path. It doesn’t matter what you say to the dog – just continue ahead until you reach a chest.

Open it, take only the wine, and leave everything else untouched. Then, use your map to find your way back to the camp. When you hand over the wine, Vasko will ask what makes you stand out – respond with “I’m simply the best.” If he challenges you to swim, accept it, move forward into the pond, and you’ll be teleported back to camp.

Now, the real discussion begins. Go through all the dialogue options, but before wrapping up, choose “Let’s talk about something else” or “Let’s change the topic” – this will shift the conversation to Troskowitz. When Henry ends up puking on Vasko’s shoes, apologize by saying “I’m sorry, I’ll clean it up.” This will convince Vasko to stay away from Troskowitz.

The quest is now nearing its end – Henry will wake up in the morning with a hangover. Wait a few hours for it to wear off, then head to Troskowitz to report to Vuytek. Tell him you’ve made a deal with the Cumans, and when he questions you, respond with “They won’t cause any more trouble, trust me.” However, this response will only work if Henry’s charisma is at least 10.

If you’re not fond of the Cumans, you can simply wipe out everyone in their camp and then report back to Vuytek to complete the quest. However, be prepared for a tough battle, as they are skilled warriors. Keep in mind that taking this approach will also hurt your reputation, even with Vuytek.

Bug in Invaders Quest KCD 2

When you are at the part of the quest where you head to the Cuman camp to drink with them. Vasko tells you that Jasak has a crush on a girl but can’t talk to her, so you step in to help. After that, you’re supposed to return to the Cuman camp and talk to Vasko, but every time you try, he ends up walking all the way back to the tavern in Troskowitz.

This leaves you stuck, as the only option to finish the quest seems to be killing them, which you don’t want to do. You’ve tried rolling back to different saves at various points, but no matter what you do, it just won’t work. You’re playing on PC.

Here’s a solution: Instead of following Jasak right away, stick with Vasko for a bit. He’ll start walking up the road toward Semines. Once he does, quickly go back and follow Jasak, complete the conversation as fast as possible, and then rush back to Vasko while he’s still on the road. It’s a bit annoying, but this method lets you finish the quest chain properly.
