King Legacy Fishing Guide – Rods, Fishes, and Location

Fishing in King Legacy is a fun and easy way to earn money and collect rare fish while exploring the seas. If you are just starting out or looking for something relaxing to do in between battles, fishing is worth trying. This guide will walk you through the process of getting your fishing rod, where to go, and how to catch fish.

How to get a Fishing Rod

First, you need to head to the First Sea, because that’s where you can craft your fishing rod. Load into the First Sea and press play. Once you spawn in, make your way over to the area where the crafting NPC is. Simply go west from Starter Island in the first sea to reach Pirate Island. It’s not that far. After you get there, head to the Clown Boss NPC at the far end of the island. The Bookkeeper can be seen standing close to a nearby building. Select the fishing rod recipe from his list after speaking with him.

To craft it, you will need two materials. First, you need 10 pieces of Rusted Scrap, which you can get by defeating any enemies that use swords; they sometimes drop it as loot. Then you will need 30 Logs, which you can collect by equipping an axe or even just using your hands to chop down trees. Once you have everything, you are all set to craft your fishing rod.

How to get Fish

After you’ve arrived, use your inventory to equip your basic fishing rod. Use the fishing button on your taskbar to find any body of water. Holding down the left mouse button will cast your line. For the best throw, try letting go while the meter is in the green region.

Then simply wait. Continue to dip your rod in the water until your screen displays three exclamation points. This indicates that a fish has been enticed. There will then be a fishing bar on the bottom. To keep your pointer on the white bar, simply keep pushing the left mouse button. If you can hold it steady until the green slider fills up, you’ve got a fish.
