In Indiana Jones and The Order of Giants, the Tomb of Gibborim features a complex puzzle involving four scepters and multiple stone dials. To progress, players must find each scepter, place it in the corresponding wall slot, and rotate the dials according to the mural hints. This guide walks through each step, showing exactly where to use the scepters and how to align the dials to solve the puzzle and continue the adventure.
Tomb of Gibborim Puzzle Solution
Inside the Tomb of Gibborim, Indiana Jones will encounter a puzzle that revolves around four scepters and several stone dials. To solve it, each scepter must be placed in the correct slot on the wall and used to rotate the dials according to the hints revealed by the murals.
Scepter 1

Now, locate the Crusader Cross scepter on the left side of the room. Place it in the slot by the Crusader Cross wall on the back left. Indy will take a photo of the mural, which provides the hints “the ship at Halygast watches the morning light” and “kneeling west at Aethopolis.” Use these hints to rotate the dials so that Halygast faces right and Aethopolis faces left.
Scepter 2

After solving the Crusader Cross, the locked gate on the left will lift. Pull the lever inside to reveal fire and rotate the three knight shields without getting burned. This grants the Shield scepter, which is placed at the top left wall.
The Shield mural hints that “Kakhla was sent fleeing to nearby ruins” and “the Castle of Horus needed eastern aid.” Rotate the dials so that Nakhla Pagus faces down and Hori Castrum faces right.
Scepter 3

Next, go to the right room and pull a lever to reveal a burst of fire. Facing the flames, interact with the holes in this order: Keys to the Vatican, shield’s cross, apple, and last serpent. This gives the Trinity scepter, which is used on the mural at the top right of the central room.
The hints on this mural read “At Castle Malum, the Nameless Crusader and Marie gazed upon the citadel,” “the Crusader ran towards the fierce inferno at the Castle,” and “he sought God’s salvation to the north.” Rotate the dials so that Sancti Luciani Ecclesia faces down, Malum faces up, and Custodis Fastigium faces right.
Scepter 4

Now head to the right side of the room to find the Sword scepter. Place it at the back right wall to reveal a mural with hints stating “Camp Al-Mansur watched a ship drift by,” “the ruins south were attacked from the east,” and “at the battlefield, the Crusader faced himself.” Rotate the dials so that Al-Mansur Castra shows the sword facing left, Rudera shows the sword facing right, and Pugna shows the sword facing up.
Completing all four scepters and aligning the dials correctly will solve the Tomb of Gibborim puzzle, allowing Indiana Jones to continue his journey through the tomb.
