If you are trying to unlock the Hard Path in Mewgenics but can’t figure it out, then you have to move further in the game to unlock it. It requires you to complete maps in order before the hard path becomes available. In this guide, we will tell you how to unlock the Hard Path and the rewards you’ll get for completing it.
How to Unlock the Hard Path & Rewards

When you first try the Alley map, the Hard path will be locked. You will see a small lock icon, and you won’t be able to choose that path. To unlock it, you need to finish the Alley map first and defeat the boss at the end. Once you do that, the Sewer map will unlock.
Next, start a new run and complete both the Alley and the Sewer in the same run. After beating them, return to the house. This will start a short cutscene that tells you the Cave map has also been unlocked. Now, when you start another run on the Alley map, you will notice that the Hard Path is finally available.
Beating the Hard Path gives you loot along the way, and completing it also unlocks the Junkyard. This opens up a new path that leads you to the Boneyard and some other areas.
