If you want to unlock the Panacea Fan in Where Winds Meet, this guide will show you exactly how to get it in a quick and easy way. The Panacea Fan is a helpful support weapon that lets you heal and revive teammates. In this guide, you will find simple steps to reach the Silver Needle Sanctum, get inside, avoid the guards, and collect this useful weapon without any trouble.
How to Unlock Panacea Fan
The Panacea Fan is a special Martial Arts weapon designed mainly for support. The fan can easily heal or revive a character, which is very suitable for co-op or team-based gaming. It does not inflict much damage; however, it is a great tool to maintain a safe distance and help the team survive rather than taking part in the fighting on the front lines.

To get the Panacea Fan, first, visit the Silver Needle Sanctum located at the northeastern edge of the central Qinghe. Inside, you will come across a hidden passage that requires a Dragon Key to open. The key gets consumed when used, but you can earn one from your first World Level Breakthrough or by clearing certain Outposts for the first time. When you have a key, interact with the Loong Dragon Pillar to continue your journey.
The First Area

Inside the first area, wait until the very first militiaman turns to look toward the right. As soon as he does, move across the room and stay close to the left wall. This allows you to be out of another guard’s sight. Climb the bridge ahead, then drop down to the stone ledge on the left. This raised spot sits safely between the patrolling guard on the left and the two guards near the door. The moment the three guards turn their heads, run directly to the next area.
The Second Area

In the next area, watch the militiaman walking across the wooden bridge. Look down at the floor below. Once the guard below you starts to walk towards the right, go down and use the ladder that is in front of you. Make a right turn from there, and you will reach the Sect Master.

Apply Skills Theft on him in order to get the skill. You will then have two options to leave: either surrender to the enemies and get reset outside, or go down and take the same route you came from. Just like before, stick close to the wall to stay out of sight, then run past the scout to safely leave the dungeon.
