Jane Lucero is the fourth dealer you will unlock in Schedule I. She sets up shop down at the Docks and comes with a higher buy-in cost, but also offers her own unique set of services. You will recognise her right away, she’s got dark hair, a teardrop-style tattoo under her right eye, and usually wears a grey V-neck shirt, a red skirt, and fingerless grey gloves.
If you pick a fight with her, don’t expect it to be easy; she will call the cops to back her up. Even if you manage to knock her out, she won’t stay gone forever. After a few hours, she will be back on her feet and ready to keep dealing again.
How to Unlock Jane Lucero
If you want to unlock Jane Lucero as a dealer in Schedule I, the first step is to talk to Melissa Wood. You can find her dealing Blackjack at the Casino, which is just east of the Motel Room safe house. If you’ve already unlocked the Docks, head over to her table and offer her a free sample.
Once Melissa becomes one of your customers, take care of a few of her orders. As your relationship with her improves, she will eventually tell you about Jane Lucero, a potential dealer. From there, it’s just a matter of finding her. Jane can be spotted in her RV parked at the Docks, right next to the spot where your old RV was destroyed.
When you approach her, you will need to pay a $3,000 signing bonus and agree to give her a flat 20% cut of all sales. After that, Jane will officially be part of your operation. You can assign up to eight customers to her, making her your fourth dealer.
