If you want to move faster and dodge in Where Winds Meet, the Ghostly Steps skill is one of the best upgrades you can get in the game. Before you can start using it, though, you’ll need to track down a special dungeon and open its final reward chest. How to Unlock Ghostly Steps Skill
You can unlock Ghostly Steps by opening the final reward chest inside the Cloudwalk Spire Divinecraft Dungeon. You will find this dungeon to the east of Ghostlight Market, hidden away in the mountaintop caves.
Once you head inside, just make your way through the dungeon and keep an eye out for the treasure chests. There are seven chests in total. If you are having trouble spotting them, turn on Wind Sense to highlight where they are. When you finally reach the seventh and last chest, open it to get the Mystic Skill Scroll for Ghostly Steps. After that, simply equip the scroll to learn the skill and then use it.

When you use this skill, you gain the Mirage effect for 20 seconds. While Mirage is active, all your ground dodges use 40% less Endurance, and you stay untargetable for a bit longer each time you dodge.
As you level up the skill, the bonuses get better. At Tier 2, Mirage lasts an extra 10 seconds, giving you more time to take advantage of the reduced Endurance cost. Tier 3 adds another 10% Endurance reduction to all of your skills, not just dodges. And at Tier 4, you also spend 10 less Vitality, making the skill cheaper to use overall.
