In Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, opening up new Life paths gives your adventure depth and diversity. This guide shows you how to open and master the Farmer and Artist Lives. Whether planting crops or creating art, these special paths include exciting quests, hands-on gameplay, and entertaining progression to add to your journey on Reveria.
Starting the Farmer Life
In order to get into the Farmer Life, your initial step is to complete the main quest The Polturnip and The Leafe. After that, go visit Anne’s residence to get your Farmer’s License.
In case you want to learn about farming, take up the side quest From Farmers, With Love. It teaches you about the Life’s mechanics in an entertaining step-by-step manner.
Breaking Down the Farmer Quest
In the Polturnip and The Leafe quest, your mission is to liberate Edward from the giant vegetable issue. Talk to Anne and Rem, then proceed to the Faraway Island to track down a Farmer through the Guild.
Plot twist: the Farmer is actually a Strangeling! After pushing through some challenging forest paths, return to your timeline and see the Goddess. She’ll reverse the process of making Pino human again. Then, heal a diseased tree, rescue Edward, and if you wish, go back in time to finally receive your Farmer’s License from Anne.
Leveling Up Your Farmer Life
Once you’re officially a Farmer, you’ll unlock the From Farmers, With Love storyline. Head back to Faraway Island and chat with the Farmer Life Master to get started.
In this adventure, you’re searching for a Super Sweet Onion. A Leafe will guide you to it. Along the way, you’ll also pick up some tips on how to cultivate those humongous crops. Finishing this little adventure will level you up from Novice to Fledgling.
Next, it’s time to begin your farm. Visit the Guild building at Base Camp in the current time, speak with Cooke, and purchase some land for farming under the Infrastructure section. For seeds, Marco’s Shop is the place to be. At the beginning, you’ll have choices such as pumpkin, potato, radish, and onion seeds—but more kinds will open up as you move along.
How to Unlock Artist Life
To become Artist, finish quest The Artist’s Treasure Hunt. Then, as with the Farmer Life, go to Anne and request the Artist License.
Want to get used to being an Artist? Take on the Set My Soul Ablaze! quest to get a feel for things.
The Artist’s Quest Flow
The quest kicks off with Edward in trouble (again)—this time, blocked off behind a broken statue. Return to the past, speak with Anne and Rem, then make your way to the Tropical Isles to locate the Artist Guild.
Here, you’ll find Paulette and her rival Kikyo locked in a creative showdown. Once you’ve discovered the hidden treasure and witnessed their art-off, return to Anne and grab your Artist License.
