How to Swap/Switch Weapon Set

You can switch between your two weapon load-outs instantly. This changes your basic attack to match the weapons you have equipped. Your character will keep using the current loadout until you switch back or use a skill that’s tied to your other loadout. While switching load-outs with the toggle skill is useful, using weapon skills can make the process even more powerful.

  • To equip alternative equipment, you must first swap your weapon load-outs.
  • Open your inventory, hover over your equipped weapon, and click on the II slot to swap weapon load-outs.
  • After swapping, you can equip the alternative weapon you want to slot in.
  • Depending on your level and the weapon equipped, Weapon Set Points for the passive skill tree will be allocated accordingly.
  • The Weapon Swap feature lets you automatically swap weapons during combat.
  • You can assign specific active skills to two different weapons or weapon sets, and activating a skill will automatically switch to the associated weapon set.
  • Note that there may be a slight delay between pressing a skill input and its activation when using the weapon swap feature.
  • The Weapon Swap feature lets players automatically swap weapons during combat.
  • Players can assign specific active skills to two different weapons or weapon sets.
  • When an assigned skill is activated, the player will automatically switch to the weapon set linked to that skill.
  • Keep in mind that there may be a slight delay between pressing a skill and its activation when using the weapon swap feature.
  • On PC, press the X button to quickly swap to your alternative weapon.
  • For controllers, the process is a bit more involved since you need to set the bind manually.
  • Hold down the inventory button to access the radial menu, then navigate to the Bind Screen option.
  • From there, assign the “Toggle Weapon Set” to any button that feels comfortable for you.

You don’t have to fully switch between load-outs to use a skill from your other weapon. You can use a skill from your off-hand weapon at any time, and your character will automatically switch to the correct weapon to use it. This means you don’t need to use the ‘Toggle Weapon Set’ skill, as you can trigger loadout switches by using skills. This lets you fit more skills on your hotbar and make your character more powerful. Just make sure that both weapons you are using benefit from the same passive skill bonuses.
