You need the Antiquated Coin from this roulette to unlock an important item. The last Antiquated Coin lets you collect the Override Manual. The Override Manual increases your Blood Collector’s capacity by 50. Three numbers seem to show up more frequently:

- Black 29
If you don’t win on your first attempt. Reload your save and try again. Once you’ve shot the number you want, spin the roulette wheel. Now just wait and watch if you picked the right number, you will hear a clear sound letting you know you won.
