How to Open the Wall of Flesh Secret Area in Mewgenics
After you finish Act 1 in Mewgenics, you will see a cutscene with a warning: Guillotina is coming. She is the first House Boss in the game. You will need to defeat Guillotina three separate times. When you beat her the first time, you will get an item called Throbbing Gristle. Any unit that gets downed, whether it is an enemy or one of your own cats, will explode. And if your cat explodes, it is gone for the rest of that run. So you will need to be extra careful and try not to let anyone fall in battle. Once you have the Throbbing Gristle, take it to the Wall of Flesh at the end of the Caves to open it.
