Where to Find the Goose Thug and the Bear
You’ll have to start with the Who’s the Boss? quest, where you have to learn and observe how the Goose Thug bullies the Bear in order to earn Honking Havoc. Once you reach the marked location on the map, which is Blissful Retreat (on the western side of Heaven’s Pier), you’ll find a river-like water body on your right side. You’ll need to cross this river and go to the other side, then keep going until you reach the other end of the river where you’ll find the Goose and the Bear near some rock formations.
How to Unlock Honking Havoc
You’ll get a notification that “Skill Theft Begins,” which means you now simply have to observe the Goose and her movements while she bullies the bear to complete the task and obtain Honking Havoc, which is an offensive Mystic Skill. It deals AoE damage and triggers a long Breath-hold, so it’s worth having in your inventory.
