If you’ve come across an Enchanting Miasma Lotus in Where Winds Meet, you’ve probably noticed it isn’t as harmless as it looks. These glowing purple flowers are surrounded by a toxic mist that can easily debuff you if you rush in unprepared. Here’s a simple guide to help you safely loot Enchanting Miasma Lotus and make the most of the rewards they offer.
How to Loot Enchanting Miasma Lotus
Enchanting Lotus looks beautiful, but it’s covered in a purple mist that will give you a status effect if you walk too close. To safely pick them, you first need to take out the purple butterfly swarms that are creating the miasma.

If you can’t spot the butterflies right away, use Wind Sense while looking at the Lotus. You’ll notice faint purple trails drifting away from the flower. Follow those, and they’ll lead you straight to the swarms. Each plant can have anywhere from one to three swarms tied to it.

Take out every swarm, anything works, whether you prefer a melee weapon or a bow. Once you’ve cleared them all, the purple fog disappears, and you’ll be able to gather the Enchanting Lotus without any trouble.

Most Enchanting Lotus spawns are scattered around Qinghe, usually near old ruins and abandoned spots, so keep an eye out while exploring those areas. If you try grabbing an Enchanting Lotus before dealing with the butterflies, you’ll immediately get hit with a debuff called Miasma. It doesn’t wear off on its own, either you’ll have to visit a Healer or a Clinic to get it removed.
Once you clear out the butterfly swarms and safely pick the Lotus, you’ll earn some EXP, Qinghe exploration progress, and, of course, the oddity itself. You can turn these oddities into a Melodies of Peace Oddity Collector, and doing so gives you some nice stat boosts.
