How to Increase Lumina Points in Clair Obscur Expedition 33

In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, managing your resources is important for survival. One important resource is the Lumina Points. Increasing these points can give your party advantage in longer fights. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to increase Lumina Points and where to find the Colour of Lumina that you need to do it.

How To Increase Lumina Points

If you want to increase how much Lumina a character can carry in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you a need Colour of Lumina. These are hidden throughout the levels, and each one lets you increase a character’s Lumina slot by one.

You won’t be able to use them right away. First, you need to unlock The Curator, which happens naturally as you progress through Act 1 of the story. Once unlocked, you’ll find The Curator at your Camp from then on.

To use your Colour of Lumina, talk to The Curator and choose the “Upgrade Expedition Resources” option. Then pick the party member you want to give more Lumina Points to. Each Colour of Lumina gives you one Lumina Point, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead and decide who needs the extra slots most so you don’t end up wasting these valuable items.

How To Get Lumina Points

There are a few ways to get Colour of Lumina in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, but the main source is by defeating enemies. Many regular enemies and bosses will drop Colour of Lumina when you beat them, so as you keep moving through the story and taking down bosses, you’ll naturally collect a good amount.

You can also buy some from certain merchants, like Noco, who sells them for 1000 Chromas each. But Noco only has three in stock, so it’s better to focus on getting them through combat rather than relying on shops.
