All you need to do is sneak into a little Sanctum in the south of Qinghe and take the skill from the master present there. How to Get Strategic Sword
You can get the Strategic Sword by using Skill Theft on the master who trains inside its Sanctum. This specific Sanctum is situated in the southern part of Qinghe, near the Back Mountain Boundary Stone. As soon as you get to the place, all you need to do is go into the Sanctum.
A Dragon Key is required to enter the Strategic Sword Sanctum. You can get them through Outpost clearings or get them naturally over time as you progress through the main campaign and level up. Simply go to any Outpost in Qinghe, clear it for the first time, and you will receive a Dragon Key.
At the entrance of the Sanctum, to unlock the door, put the Dragon Key on the stone pedestal. Inside, the area is quite small, and getting to the master is quick and easy. You can silently eliminate the patrolling guards if you have the Touch of Death skill from the Echoes of Old Battles quest, which will make the path easier.
There are only Echo Jades and basic materials in the chests of the Sanctum. Once you are done with the Skill Theft minigame on the master, you will get access to the Strategic Sword martial art. After that, you can exit the Sanctum freely.
The Strategic Sword style can be used in any sword that you have, but if you want to deal the maximum amount of damage right from the start, it is required to wear the 4-piece Hawkwing Set, which you will get after farming at the Outpost located on the western side of Qinghe. If you want to further increase your damage, try to get the Sword Horizon Inner Way from the antique bookshop proprietor in Ghostlight Market. This location can be easily unlocked by completing a side quest given by an old villager at Riverside Station in the southwest part of Qinghe.
