In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through unlocking the Mansion and dissecting all the top features that make it a top property in the game.

How To Unlock the Mansion

The Mansion is a recently added modded property that’s been added to Schedule 1. It’s a fusion of the original manor and dock properties, so it provides both large interior space and complete functionality for the placement of equipment, workers, and more.

To unlock it:

1. Go to the website and download the Manison Mod in the game. 
2. Load into your game, and you’ll be able to select the Mansion as a selectable property.
3. Once the Mansion is unlocked, you’ll have full access to:
4. All rooms and floors
5. Light and gate controls
6. Worker placements and setups

• Giant interior area with several levels and rooms
• Completely equipped with functional lights and interactive features
• Four ginormous bedrooms upstairs—each larger than most other interior areas on property
