To get the Lion’s Roar skill, all you have to do is interact with the copper bells scattered around Qinghe. The first bell is very easy to spot; it’s located in the General’s Shrine area, which is the very first town you visit in the game. Just make sure you activate all the bells you come across, and you will unlock the skill.
