If you want to add a powerful Mystic Skill to your toolkit in Where Winds Meet, Leaping Toad is definitely worth getting. It’s a mobility-heavy ability that lets you leap into enemies, deal quick damage, and finish with a big crowd-control slam. Unlocking it doesn’t take long; you just need to find the right NPC and complete a short mini-game. Here’s a quick, simple guide to help you get it.
Leaping Toad Skill In Where Winds Meet

Leaping Toad is an offensive Mystic Skill that lets you flip into enemies, knock them back, and hit them hard before moving away. You can use it three times in a row; each recast builds up Toad Venom on your target. On the third use, the move turns into Golden Toad Crash, a big area-smash that knocks enemies to the ground.
As you level up the skill, it gets even better. At Tier 2, any Toad Venom you apply deals more damage for about 10 seconds after you use the skill. At Tier 3, when Toad Venom finally explodes, it spreads to nearby enemies as a weaker version called Lesser Toad Venom. This one still deals the same damage but won’t spread further. And by the time you reach Tier 4, the explosion covers a much wider area, letting you hit more enemies at once.
How To Get The Leaping Toad Skill

To get the Leaping Toad Mystic Skill, head to the southwest exit of the General’s Shrine. You’ll spot a man hopping around like a toad, go up and talk to him. He’ll tell you to watch the toad beside him, which starts a Skill Theft mini-game. Complete that little challenge, and you’ll earn the Leaping Toad skill for yourself.
