How To Get Seared, Shredded, and Skewered Organs for Broodfeast Wish Quest – Hollow Knight Silksong

In Hollow Knight: Silksong, the Broodfeast Wish is a special quest where you need to collect three types of creepy items: Seared Organs, Shredded Organs, and Skewered Organs. To begin this quest, you will need to reach an area called the Putrified Ducts. In this guide, we will show you how to reach the area, what weapons to use, and how to complete the quest to get your reward.

How to Complete the Broodfeast Wish

To get the Broodfeast Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong, you will need to head to Pharloom, near an area called the Putrified Ducts marked on the map above. The easiest way to find it is by exploring a hidden exit in Memorium. To reach this hidden path, you will need the double jump ability, which you get after picking up the Faydown Cloak at the top of Mount Fay. If you haven’t unlocked that yet, there’s another option: you can defeat the boss in Bilehaven and go through a hidden passage that also leads to the same place.

How To Get Seared, Shredded & Skewered Organs

Once you arrive, you will meet a character called the Huntress. She will give you a quest called Broodfeast, where you will need to collect three different types of organs by defeating enemies with specific weapons.

First, you need to gather 15 Seared Organs by killing enemies using the Flintslate weapon. Then, collect 35 Shredded Organs by using either the Conchcutter or the Cogwork Wheel. Lastly, you will need 10 Skewered Organs, which drop when you defeat enemies using the Longpin weapon.

    Flintslate Location

To get the Flintslate, head over to the eastern side of the Deep Docks. You will need a Simple Key to open the locked gate there, and make sure you’ve learned the Swift Step skill it will help you leap across the tricky gaps along the way.

    Longpin Location

You can find the Longpin in Shellwood. In the southeastern corner of the area, there’s a hidden spot blocked by a pink wasp’s nest on the left wall. Break the nest, and you will reveal a secret room where the Longpin is waiting.

    Cogwork Wheel Location

You will find the Cogwork Wheel in the Underworks area in the Cauldron. You need to buy it from the Twelfth Architect. To reach it, head out the east exit from Whiteward and drop down into the upper area on the Cauldron’s east side.

    Rewards

As you play, make sure to equip the right weapon when hunting for each type of organ. Enemies will drop the correct organs only if they’re killed with the weapon linked to that item. Once you have collected everything, return to the Huntress and hand over the organs. She will grant you the Broodfeast Wish as a reward.

Along with the wish, you will also receive a new weapon called the Longclaw. It’s a powerful upgrade that increases the range of your attacks, which makes combat a lot easier.
