At the marked house on the map in Old Town, you’ll find a fuse lying around that must be used to repair a damaged fuse box. Turning on the power will open a door to a room with an automatic lock system. Inside, you can grab a key, turn the power off, and use the key to open a cupboard containing the Rogue Boots.
Rogue Leather Mask
Also in Old Town, enter a house near the stony pathways. In the bedroom, there’s a safe which can be unlocked with the code 14 11 20 to obtain the Rogue Leather Mask.\
Rogue Arm Guard
In the Villa Area, inside a large house, the Rogue Arm Guard can be found on a bookshelf alongside other books.
Rogue Jacket
