How To Get Marie’s Doll in The Final Puzzle

Reach the Basement area of the Care Centre. After some time, you will find the Inspection Room. Now, unlock the way using the Forklift Key. This will lead you to the Processing Plant. Inside the Processing Room, stand there and watch 115 bodies drop into the pool of blood.

After all the bodies are dropped, turn the wheel to drain the blood. Climb down the ladder into the lower area. Let the grinder finish its full cycle without killing any zombies yourself. You don’t need to kill any zombies; you can hurt them.

After all the zombies are killed, return to the Care Centre. From there, go to the West Wing. Enter the Restroom and pick any one toilet. Flush it 8 times, and after that, keep going towards the Care Centre till you reach the Courtyard.

You will then reach the Facility and collect the Helicopter Key. As you move forward, a giant container of blood will flow inside the Collecting & Testing Room. Go towards the stairs nearby to find Marie’s Doll.
