If you want to get the Longclaw in Silksong, you’ll need to complete the Broodfeast Side Quest. This quest is all about collecting different types of organs from enemies using specific weapons. Once you gather everything and hand it over, you’ll not only get the Broodfeast Wish but also unlock the Longclaw, a powerful weapon that makes your attacks longer and much more effective in combat. How to Get Longclaw in Broodfeast Side Quest
You can get the Longclaw by completing the Broodfeast Quest in the Putrified Ducts. To start the quest, just talk to the Huntress. The quest is all about collecting specific organs, but you’ll need special red tools to grab them things like the Sting Shard, Longpin, and Cogwork Wheel.
To collect the organs for the Broodfeast Quest, you’ll need to use specific types of tools depending on the organ. Skewered organs are picked up by using piercing tools, like the Sting Shard or Longpin. If you need Shredded organs, go for bladed tools such as the Cogwork Wheel or the Architect Crest. And for Seared organs, use tools that can add fire to your attacks, like the Flintslate or Pimpillo.
How To Get Seared, Shredded & Skewered Organs
When you arrive, you’ll meet a character called the Huntress, who gives you the Broodfeast Quest. Your goal is to collect three types of organs, each dropped by enemies when you use specific weapons.
Start with Seared Organs, you’ll need 15 of them. These drop when you defeat enemies using the Flintslate. Next, gather 35 Shredded Organs by using either the Conchcutter or the Cogwork Wheel. Finally, collect 10 Skewered Organs, which come from enemies killed with the Longpin. Here’s where to find the weapons you need:
Flintslate: Head to the eastern side of the Deep Docks. You’ll need a Simple Key to open a locked gate, and make sure you’ve learned the Swift Step skill, it’ll help you jump across tricky gaps.
Longpin: Go to Shellwood. In the southeast corner, you’ll spot a pink wasp’s nest blocking a wall. Destroy the nest to reveal a hidden room containing the Longpin.
Cogwork Wheel: This is in the Underworks area of the Cauldron. To buy it, you need to go to the Twelfth Architect. To reach the shop, take the east exit from Whiteward and drop down into the upper area on the east side of the Cauldron.
Once you have collected everything, return to the Huntress and hand over the organs. She will grant you the Broodfeast Wish as a reward. Along with the wish, you will also receive a new weapon called the Longclaw. It’s a powerful upgrade that increases the range of your attacks, which makes combat a lot easier.
