With two pieces equipped, you gain a simple defensive boost that increases your Physical Defence by 1, helping you take a bit less damage overall. When you equip four pieces, the set really shines. Dealing damage over time effects or healing yourself grants stacks of Eaglerise, which reduce the damage you take by 1.2% for 10 seconds per stack. These stacks can build up to five times, making you noticeably tougher in extended fights. Once you reach the maximum stacks, you also gain Eagle Guard, a powerful effect that reduces the next hit you take within 10 seconds by 90%. If that hit comes from a boss, the reduction is halved instead. This powerful guard effect can only trigger once every 30 seconds.
