Getting a camel mount in Soulmask is a great way to explore the desert much more easily and quickly. You will mainly be tracking down camels, capturing a baby, and then raising it until it’s ready to ride. With the right setup and a little patience, you will have your own camel. In this guide, we will show you how to get a camel and tame it to ride it in the desert area in Soulmask.
How to Get a Camel

To get a camel, first go into your technology or knowledge tree and unlock the Medium Trap. Head to your building workshop and craft a trap. Camels are attracted to figs, and they usually spawn in desert areas. You will generally find the Camels in the following areas:
- Around oasis areas in the dunes
- Near the Rockhenge Desert oasis
- Close to ruins or areas near the Sunken City
- Around portals near desert biomes
Just explore these regions, and you will find a group of camels. When you find camels, you will usually see two adults and a baby. Your goal is to separate the baby. Once the adults are gone, the baby will be alone and easier to catch.
Place your medium trap a short distance away from the baby. Add figs into the trap as bait. Don’t get too close, or you will scare it away. Move back and wait. If done right, the baby camel will slowly walk into the trap. Once it’s inside, interact with the trap. Now choose ‘Capture’ and you will get the baby camel.
How to Tame a Camel

After capturing it, you need to keep it alive. Feed it figs regularly and give it water using a bottle or jar. Once your camel grows up. Craft a camel saddle and equip the saddle to ride it.
