In Crimson Desert, the Hot Air Balloon is a unique mount that lets you explore the world. Unlike horses, it gives you a bird’s-eye view of the landscape and makes travelling much more exciting. In this guide, we will tell you how to find the items, gather the right team and resources, and finally craft your Hot Air Balloon.
How To Get A Hot Air Balloon
First, go to Glenbrite Manor. There, enter the building, and head to the first fork and turn right for the first dagger. In the room, there is a wheel that needs to be turned in order to shine a light on the statue in the middle of the room. Then, you will be able to pick up the second dagger and go into the next room.
There, you have to place both daggers on top of the fireplace, which will open the secret entrance in the wall partially. Then, unlock it with the second dagger and go inside, where you will get the blueprint of the Cloud Cart.
How To Craft A Hot Air Balloon
Make your way to Ember Wind Workshop, which is located slightly to the north. You should open your mission menu through your faction interface. In order to create the Cloud Cart, you will need five of your Greymane joining you in this mission. One among them needs to have engineering skills. Apart from having them on your side, you will require some supplies as well: 75 Stone, 75 Timber, 150 Food, and 2,500 Coins.
Once you have your team and all the materials ready, you’re all set to start crafting your Cloud Cart. On the keyboard, press F1, select the mount, and call it. There’s a known bug where the mount may not appear correctly.
