In the Battlefield 6 campaign mission “The Rock,” your main goal is to support your team, take out key enemy positions, and destroy the AAA gun. This mission mixes long-range sniping with close-quarters combat in dark tunnels and open battles. You’ll work alongside Lancer, Dagger, and Carter to clear enemy strongholds, destroy the radar station, and finally take down the powerful anti-air gun. Stay alert, use cover wisely, and be ready for reinforcements once the explosions start.
How to Start The Rock Mission
Get your sniper and back up Lancer. Follow Dagger’s lead and take out the enemy soldiers from a distance with your sniper rifle. Once they’re down, regroup with your team and move together toward the next objective.
Before long, you’ll reach the radar station. Start the attack by sniping the enemies you can see. When the area looks clear, move in and climb the tower nearby it’s the perfect spot to cover your squad. Focus on taking out the RPG soldiers first so they don’t damage your team. Once that’s handled, aim for the enemy helicopter support. Meanwhile, Lancer and the rest of the team will plant explosives. Once the charges go off, the radar station will be destroyed, completing your second objective.
How to Destroy the AAA Gun in The Rock Mission
Right after the explosion, head into the tunnels to reach your next objective. Stick close to Carter and follow him through the passageways. After walking for a bit, you’ll enter an underground museum where you’ll run into an ambush. It’s dark down there, so use your torch to light up the area and take out all the enemy soldiers.
Once it’s clear, follow Carter again until you reach an old elevator shaft. Use it to go down, then move toward the light to exit the tunnels. From there, make your way to the Battery. Use your sniper rifle to pick off enemy soldiers and clear a path for your team. After the area is secure, destroy the AAA gun. Use the C4 lying near you on the crates. Be ready, though the explosion will alert enemy reinforcements. Quickly hop on a nearby MG and kill them down before they can overwhelm your squad.
