How to Complete the Heal Teammates Challenge in Battlefield 6

If you can’t seem to finish the Heal Teammates challenge in Battlefield 6, you are among the many players who have the same issue. The challenge for many players has been that it does not always starts progress correctly, even when they are healing friends. The good news is, there’s a reliable way to make it work. We will discuss in this guide how healing works in the game, what might be causing the glitch, and the easiest way to complete the challenge in record time.

How to Complete the Heal Teammates Challenge

If you have been trying to complete the Support Assignment 1 challenge in Battlefield 6 that requires you to heal your teammates and you probably have realized that it seems to be a bit buggy.

In order to heal teammates, it is necessary to select the Support class. When you spot a nearby wounded teammate, drop your supply kit press X on PC or Up on the D-pad on consoles. A little while after, the teammate’s health should start to regenerate and your progress in the challenge would also be counted.

There is one thing that is very important to mention: the Support Assignment 1 challenge will only track your progress after you reach rank 20. If you are below that rank, it just won’t work for you yet.

Make Sure You’re Close to Your Teammates

Your teammates have to be close to your healing supply for it to work. It doesn’t start healing right away; there’s usually about a one-second delay before their health begins to rise. The best strategy is to stay near busy objectives or choke points where teammates are frequently taking damage. Place your supply kit in those areas and let it do the work.

Why Healing Sometimes Doesn’t Count

This is where it gets confusing. Some players say the challenge only counts if you heal your squadmates, while others claim it works for any teammate.  Go to the Portal section from the main menu. Then, navigate to Community > Search Experiences and filter the results by Conquest under “Maps and Modes.” Sort by Most Liked to find popular servers.

Two good options are the “Complete Your Weekly Tasks” map and the “Infantry Conquest” map. Both use bots, making them perfect for farming healing progress. The Infantry version is even better since it has no vehicles, meaning fewer random deaths while you’re trying to heal.  Next, go to Browse Servers and select an empty server. The game will automatically fill it with bots. Once you’re in, head to a capture point where there’s a lot of fighting and drop your healing supply near injured teammates.

Find a bot that’s down, revive them using the defibrillator, and immediately drop your healing kit next to them. This heals around 50 to 100 HP and counts toward the challenge. If you keep doing this for about an hour, you should easily finish the healing challenge. Plus, you’ll earn XP and weapon mastery along the way.

Sometimes, progress might not update right away due to server lag. If that happens, just exit the game and rejoin; your stats should refresh and show your progress. But the servers are currently overloaded.
