The Smiling Yoshitomo Bounty is one of the early missions you can do in Ghost of Yotei. This quest takes you through a calm area, lets you set up a campfire, and ends with a fight against a mysterious enemy. Smiling Yoshitomo Bounty
The Smiling Yoshimoto bounty is one of the first bounties you can unlock in Ghost of Yōtei. You’ll find it on the bounty board near Yōtei’s Shadow Inn, which sits northwest of Atsu’s home in the Yōtei Grasslands. Both the bounty board and this specific bounty will only appear after you finish the quest connected to the inn.
To begin Smiling Yoshitomo Bounty, you will need to play through the early parts of the game. That includes defeating the Snake, visiting your old home, and heading to the nearby Inn. After a small fight with some enemies, go back to the Inn the next day and check out the Bounty Board outside. You will find a guy named Kojiro sitting next to it.
How to Complete Smiling Yoshitomo Bounty
Once you’ve accepted this bounty, open your map and head south to an area called Tranquil Falls. When you get there, you will see the Weary Traveller’s Camp. Here, you need to set up a fire. For setting up the fire you will need to aim at the tinder and swipe up on the touchpad, then use the R2 button to blow gently on the fire to get it going.
How to Beat Smiling Yoshitomo
After that, cook a fish. While you are eating it, a Settler dressed in white will show up and talk about someone called the Smiling Yoshitomo, who turns out to be your bounty target. Take him down. The battle isn’t too tough, but his quick attacks can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. The best way to handle him is by using Heavy Attacks to break through his guard. Keep this up until he goes down.
Yoshitomo doesn’t bring many allies, so it’s mostly a one-on-one fight. Watch for his fast swings and make good use of parries and dodges to stay safe. After you defeat him, loot his body to collect the bounty proof. When you have it, head back to the Yōtei Shadow Inn and use the Bounty Board to turn in the bounty and complete the quest. You will get the Smiling Kabuto-Mushi (a weapon kit) as a reward. Then, turn in the bounty to earn 750 Coins.
