Pear Blossoms of Yore is a straightforward and easy quest in Where Winds Meet where you must engage correctly with the NPC in order to not miss it. It belongs to the One Leaf, One Life: Phase III questline and will take you to Hopewell Academy to help Wu Caifeng with a very fast and simple task that will only take you a matter of minutes at best.
How to Start the Quest
One Leaf, One Life (Phase III) has a simple and short quest named Pear Blossom of Yore; this quest can be completed as part of your progress through the questline. The main mission is to help Wu Caifeng, whom you will find sitting beneath a pear blossom tree at Hopewell Academy.
Once you have arrived at the location shown in the map image above, you will need to speak to Wu Caifeng in order to trigger the quest. Whilst you engage in conversation with him, he will ask you to bring a healing item for him; the item’s name is Hemostatic Powder. During the initial conversation, things won’t immediately be clear so you’ll have to speak with him again and understand the situation in order to unlock the option.
How to Complete the Quest Objective
If you are in possession of Hemostatic Powder in your inventory, then you will be able to finish the quest in no time. However, if you do not possess it, you can craft it by opening your bag, choosing the option to craft, and then going to Brew Medicine.
Alternatively, you can obtain the items needed to craft it right away from a nearby general store that you can find marked on your map. Once you provide Wu Caifeng with Hemostatic Powder during the Pear Blossom of Yore quest and complete it, you will receive rewards consisting of 30 x Echo Jade, 10 x Kaifeng Exploration Points, 2500 Coins, and 2500 Stored EXP.
