In Revenge of the Savage Planet, capturing alien creatures is a key part of exploring the wild and dangerous worlds scattered throughout the galaxy. Using a special tool called the Proton Whip, players can catch a variety species across four different planets. This guide covers everything you need to know to capture aliens successfully, along with a complete list of all 36 species you can collect.

How To Capture Alien

In Revenge of the Savage Planet, you can capture alien creatures using a tool called the Proton Whip. You’ll get this device during a quest called “My First Rodeo.” Just follow the quest steps, and it’ll lead you straight to the container where the whip is stored.

There are 36 different alien creatures you can catch throughout the game. To do it, just hold down the lasso button to grab and pull them toward you. If you stay still and don’t take any damage during the process, a vortex will appear and suck the creature in. Some creatures might be a bit tougher, though you may need to hit their weak spot to stun them first before you can successfully capture them.
