Speak with the Fleamaster and grant his request to start the Lost Fleas quest. He will appear in the middle part of the Marrow, which is rather early in the game. You will be asked to locate five missing fleas by the touring flea troupe’s fleamaster.

You need to head back to the Fleamaster at the Flea Caravan after you’ve gathered all five Lost Fleas. He will ask you to travel with them. If you follow them, you’ll be taken to a new place beyond Greymoor and Halfway Home, and you’ll also have access to Bellmont. Your bonus will be the Flea Brew charm, a consumable that speeds up your movement and attacks.

One of the Marrow’s higher rooms contains the first Lost Flea. You must circle back from the left and make your way to the Flea that is stuck on the right in order to get there. It requires a good deal of platforming to get there, and you’ll also have to deal with some flying opponents.
2. Flea Location
The second Lost Flea is in the Hunter’s March, but getting there won’t be easy you’ll first have to take down a tough Skarrguard blocking the entrance. Once you’re inside, just follow the trail of buds, and one of them will lead you straight to the Flea.

This Flea is pretty easy to spot since it’s right after you unlock the Sprint ability. Head into the chamber on the left, then do a bit of parkour to climb up to the higher platforms, and you’ll reach it.
4. Flea Location
The fourth Flea is tucked away in a secret room on the right side of the main Far Fields chamber, near the bottom. After you enter the big vertical chamber, break the wall on the right to get inside and find it.
5. Flea Location
Up at the upper-right corner of Craw Lake is the fifth and last Flea. To get there, you’ll have to perform some aerial platforming. But be careful, a Tallcraw is watching over the entrance, and if you’re not careful, a Mite below could surprise you.
