Gate Lever Handle Location – No Rest for the Wicked

If you’re playing No Rest for the Wicked, you’ll start at the Mariner’s Keep, but you won’t be able to proceed due to the gate lever that’s broken. This guide tells you where to find the Gate Lever Handle, how to help the blacksmith Fillmore, and how to open the gates and move on with your quest.

Starting Location 

To start off in No Rest for the Wicked, head over to Mariner’s Keep and go towards the bonfire. At this location, you’ll hear noises coming from behind the Mess Hall’s locked doors; this will indicate that the blacksmith Fillmore is under attack. To help him, you first need to find a key that unlocks the Mess Hall door.

Finding the Key and Clearing Enemies

Finding the Mess Hall Key requires heading right from the large bonfire area to a large iron gate. After the iron gate, turn right again and keep walking until you come across a body on the ground. Investigating the body gives you the Mess Hall Key. After obtaining the key there are three enemies waiting behind the locked Mess Hall door that must be defeated to continue. 

Note: Fillmore is a blacksmith who can repair your items as well. 

Talking to the Blacksmith and Getting the Handle

After you enter the Mess Hall, speak with Fillmore, and he will give you the Gate Lever Handle after a quick conversation. The Gate Lever Handle is automatically added to your inventory. You will need to use this Handle to open up the main gate to continue your travels toward Sacrament through the Orban Glades to your east.
