Mystic Falls Quest in Crimson Desert
Polan needs your help to find the Shai kids who went astray from their village and got dispersed in the region. Once you find one of the brave Shai, you will come back to the village feeling happy after observing some mystical wonders in the continent.
If you have just started the Mystic Falls quest as a subquest for the Children of the Wood quest series after obtaining the book from Polan, you will need to go north of Pywell towards the Ancient Rift.
Find the First Shai
The first Shai is very easy to find since you need only to track the arrow on your quest map until you arrive at the Ancient Rift, located north of the Hernand region. Upon arriving, head towards the huge rift and search for a tiny opening near the bottom part of it. Once you find it, you can easily fall into it to reach the area below. Interact with Ara to begin a small chat and then complete the Mystic Falls quest.
In the same area where the Mystic Falls quest takes place, you can actually unlock another fast travel point by going further into the rift and then climbing to the point where you will see a broken bridge. The Abyssal Nexus should be found right there. Activate it to make sure you have fast travel points to the region.
