Want to collect Faraway Iron? There are a number of ways to obtain it, depending on whether you enjoy mining or want to shop your way through for gathering it.
1. Mining Locations
Faraway Iron can be found in a number of important locations:
Faraway Island – Lulab Forest
You’ll find this area by earning it through Chapter 3 of the main story. Lulab Forest is where you’ll discover some of the first Faraway Iron deposits.
Ginormosia Regions
When you’re able to explore the open world, look at:
- Pettlewing Woods – East coast, just north of Greatgut Plains and Viridia Plateau.
- Wingtip Valley – Clumped up way at the far north of the map.
These mining nodes are usually at level 17–20, so it’s a good idea to level up your Mining Life first before going there. Traveling from the southern starting point can take a while, but using a mount reduces traveling time significantly.
