Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has hidden side quests, one being at a secluded location that would give you a free outfit. Nevrons have peculiar mechanics such as switching stance upon elemental hits, but not all are hostile; the White Nevron Danseuse Teacher, who is rather unique and will offer an altogether fresh perspective compared to other Nevrons. This guide will instruct you on the entire path to taking on this unique quest and beating the Danseuse Teacher in the game.
Where to Find the Danseuse Teacher?
You’ll find her in the Frozen Hearts zone of Expedition 33. Head east from Monoco’s Station, toward the area where Eternal Ice is located. Here’s a quick walkthrough:
- Cross the railway and stick to the left side
- Keep going until you spot a cave near a Pelerin enemy
- Go through the cave and look for a thread path that leads up
- You’ll reach the Glacial Falls Rest Point
- From there, turn around and beat the enemy in front
- Take the left path at the corner, and walk along the railway
- At the end, you’ll come across four Danseuse just hanging out — none of them will attack you
Talk to the White Nevron among them, and surprise! It’s actually the Danseuse Teacher, ready for her final showdown in Expedition 33.
How to Start the Danseuse Teacher Quest
Once you’ve found the Danseuse Teacher who is a serene White Nevron, she will invite you to a dance. When you approach her and she speaks to you, choose the right line of conversation to start the sparring session. It’s advisable to wait until you’ve unlocked flying before diving in because this route is really lengthy and it can take a long time to navigate without it.
To complete her challenge, you’ll need to perfectly parry all 15 incoming attacks. The Danseuse Teacher strikes in sets of three and repeats the sequence five times. Nail the timing, and you’ll unlock a stylish Danseuse outfit for Lune.

Fighting the Danseuse Teacher
After wrapping up the parry challenge with the Danseuse Teacher, you can go back and chat with her again. This time, she’ll ask for one final dance — and by that, she means a fight. If you accept, get ready to battle her.
But here’s a heads-up: don’t rush into the fight just yet. If you defeat the Danseuse Teacher — or more specifically, the White Nevron — before meeting Blanche, you’ll miss out on a big reward: the Colour of Lumina. So it’s better to hold off until you’ve had that conversation with Blanche.
