In Marvel Rivals, creating a customized crosshair is a minor yet significant way to improve your gameplay. To begin, you can define which type of reticle you like options include Circle, Crosshairs, Dot, or a combination of Circle and Crosshairs. After that, further adjustments will let you set such things as width, opacity, color, and more, to make your crosshair completely suited for one’s needs. Explore some of the best crosshairs for different characters and playstyles in Marvel Rivals.
How to Customise your Crosshair
Changing your reticle in Marvel Rivals is easy and can be done through the Keyboard tab in your settings. To avoid disrupting gameplay, it’s best to make adjustments in the practice range rather than during a match.
- Under the HUD section, find options to customise your crosshair.
- Start by selecting a Reticle Type from the drop-down menu: Circle, Crosshairs, Dot, or Circle and Crosshairs.
- Experiment with different shapes to find the one that suits your playstyle.
Beyond the basic shape, you can adjust: Width, Opacity, Outline width, Outline opacity, Blur, Center gap, Circle radius, Crosshair length, Crosshair angle, and Colour (options include white, red, yellow, green, and blue).

How to Import Crosshairs
If creating your crosshair in Marvel Rivals feels overwhelming, you can import and export crosshairs using shareable codes. To start, go to Settings and open the Keyboard tab.
- Under the HUD section, locate Reticle Save.
- Click the drop-down menu then select ‘Add New Save’.
- You will have four options:
- Delete a saved reticle
- Rename a saved reticle
- Import a reticle
- Export your reticle.
- To import a crosshair, click Import Save on the Reticle Save row.
- Enter the reticle code (a series of characters and numbers) to replicate another player’s crosshair settings.
- You can assign different crosshairs to specific heroes.
- At the top, left corner of the settings menu, click ‘All Heroes’ to select a specific hero.
- Customize the reticle for that hero based on their play style.
This flexibility is great for adapting to each character’s unique aiming needs. For instance, a dot crosshair works well for precise headshots with snipers like Black Widow or Hawkeye. On the other hand, a circle crosshair might be better suited for characters like Jeff the Land Shark or Star-Lord, where spraying or cone-shaped attacks are more common. Players can choose whichever crosshairs they want that they are familiar with.
