Battlefield 6 has an infinite leveling experience, but knowing the ranks allows you to prioritize relevant rewards. Ranks 2 to 50 provide you with must-have weapons, gadgets, and loadouts that determine your playing style. Past Rank 50, Mastery Ranks unlock mostly cosmetic rewards, with Rank 100 being the climax of all important unlocks. Here’s an easy-to-understand breakdown to assist your journey.
How Leveling Works in Battlefield 6
Similar to most Battlefield games, your advancement in Battlefield 6 is associated with your rank, that general level you look next to your name. You will also gain XP for class-specific progression, by weapon, and by campaign achievements, but your worldwide rank is what really signifies your advancement.
The fun aspect? There’s actually no hard rank cap. You can level up forever, which means theoretically you could go beyond Rank 1000 if you’re committed enough. Of course, once you reach Rank 100, you’ve already unlocked every significant reward that’s present in the game — after that, it’s just for bragging purposes.
Rank Rewards Breakdown
Starting from Rank 2 and up to Rank 50, you will gradually unlock an assortment of new weaponry, gadgets, and personalization items together with some of the new features. These levels represent the basic supplies used for your game — every advancement turns up something that affects the way you play.
When you surpass Rank 50, you will transition to the Mastery Ranks where the first levels consist of only cosmetic rewards granted every two levels up to Rank 100 — these include charms for weapons, banners for profiles, skins for vehicles, and other visuals that are worthy of showing off.
After Rank 100, there aren’t any major unlocks unless DICE or Sledgehammer decides to expand the system in future updates.
Note: If you’ve maxed out early gear, try Assignments—optional challenges that unlock 12 exclusive weapons and 9 extra gadgets for greater loadout flexibility.
