Battlefield 6 Roadside Assistance Achievement Guide

If you want to complete the Roadside Assistance achievement in Battlefield 6, is one you shouldn’t miss. It is located in Mission 7: Nile Guard, and this task is all about the use of the environment in your favor. Rather than worrying about a tank, you will just drop a bridge on it.  This quick guide will walk you through exactly how to do it in Mission 7: Nile Guard.

Roadside Assistance Trophy & Achievement Guide

Among the missions, “Nile Guard,” the most satisfying one is “Roadside Assistance,”. Simply, bring down an overpass on top of a tank. This is how you unlock it. As soon as you get to the first checkpoint, look straight ahead, and a tank will be spotted on an overpass. Instead of rushing the tank, direct your cannon fire at the pillars which hold the bridge. Give two strong shots, and you are going to see everything falling down, along with the tank.

It is fast, simple, and also one of the most enjoyable moments in the mission. If you want an even easier run, try playing on Recruit difficulty where you can mainly concentrate on blowing the enemies and their defenses. Just remember to target the pillars under the overpass and not the tank or the bridge deck directly; otherwise, you won’t activate the achievement.

Tank Loadout in Battlefield 6

As for the tank’s protection system, it is recommended to go with the Projectile Intercept System, which is designed to intercept the incoming rockets and shells before they can deal any damage. Next, you can have Mine Countermeasures, which means your tank will automatically detect and avoid enemy mines, which is a great help when going through the enemy line.

Stick with High Explosive Shells as your main weapon for general use, since they’re great for wiping out groups of enemies or light vehicles. When you need to deal with tougher targets like tanks, switch to the AP Shells as your alternate ammo.

Your Coaxial LMG makes a solid backup for taking out infantry between reloads, and with Reinforced Plating as your upgrade, your tank can take a lot more damage in combat. If you’ve got a gunner on board, give them the HMG for extra firepower and Mine Countermeasures as well, because you can never be too careful when the battlefield’s full of traps.
