Battlefield 6: How to Use the Deploy Beacon?

Are you searching for a way to gain a strategic advantage for you and your team in Battlefield 6? The Deploy Beacon is a revolutionary gadget that equips you and your squad with a personalized spawn point.  The Deploy Beacon is no longer a part of Recon, it is an Assault class gadget that is meant to help players control objectives and push up. In this guide, we will explain how to unlock it and use it properly on the battlefield.

What the Deploy Beacon Actually Does

The Deploy Beacon is almost like a portable respawn hub. Once deployed, you and your squad can reenter the fight from that location instead of respawning back at a base or captured point. Whether you are deploying behind enemy lines, adding more reinforcements to a contested area, or continuing to apply pressure to an objective, this gadget will keep your team in the game.

Although it was primarily used by Recon players to return to sniper nests, Battlefield 6 has a new benefit for the Deploy Beacon: it is helpful for the Assault class to create momentum and tactical flanking at the frontline.

How to Unlock the Deploy Beacon

You won’t have access to the Deploy Beacon right away. First, you will have to play through multiplayer until you reach Rank 20 before you can even access class objectives. After you reach Rank 20, you can complete the first Assault class challenge, which unlocks the Deploy Beacon for you. Here’s what the challenge entails:

  • Earn 10,000 total score using the Assault class.
  • Get 30 kills while equipped with the Adrenaline Injector, one of the Assault class’s trademark tools.

Once you’ve cleared those two requirements, the Deploy Beacon becomes permanently available in your loadout. It doesn’t take a marathon grind — just a few solid multiplayer sessions focusing on kills and score generation.

Using the Deploy Beacon in the Field

The Battlefield 6 version of the Deploy Beacon has been overhauled to fit the game’s new pace and class design. It’s no longer a reusable spawn point — it now breaks after you spawn on it, and its total uses are limited. This prevents endless respawn chains but encourages smarter placement and timing.

Since the gadget occupies a utility slot, you’ll need to decide whether it’s worth swapping out your grenade launcher or another piece of gear. For most players, it’s absolutely worth it — especially if you’re running an objective-focused or aggressive build.

Pairing it with the Frontliner Training Path boosts its team value even more, as it grants passive benefits to nearby allies.

Why It’s Worth Unlocking

The Deploy Beacon might not seem flashy at first, but once you start using it, it’s hard to imagine your loadout without it. It offers a rare combination of mobility and tactical control, letting you dictate where and how your team re-enters the fight. In large-scale matches, that can be the difference between holding a choke point or losing it completely.

So if you’re leveling up your Assault class, make sure the Deploy Beacon is high on your priority list. It’s not just a respawn tool — it’s a strategic advantage that can turn the tide of any match.
