How to Get the Brooch
The Brooch is an important item you need to unlock the True Ending in Silent Hill f. You will automatically get it from the Fox Mask in Chapter 10. To reach it, you will head down a long hallway in the southeast part of the Shimizu Residence and face your parents in a fight.
Since this is part of the main story, you will naturally obtain the Brooch as you progress. If you start a New Game Plus, the Brooch is already available from the beginning and can be used to unlock certain doors in the Dark Shrine and boxes in Ebisugaoka that have the same fox design.
Ancient Jizo Statue Location to Offer the Brooch
Once you have the Brooch, you need to offer it to the Jizo Statue. You will find the Jizo Statue just southwest of the Shimizu Residence in Ebisugaoka. Reach the location marked on the map above. Look for a stairway that leads to a fenced building. Climb up the stairs and take the path on the right. You will find the Ancient Jizo Statue there.
