To find one, you’ll need to advance time until it rains, then explore areas near bodies of water. It’s helpful to make a manual save when it starts raining because if the rain stops, you’ll need to reload and try again.
Sliggoo evolves from Goomy at level 40 and eventually evolves into Goodra at level 50, but only if it’s raining. Its stats reflect its balanced defensive and offensive capabilities: 68 HP, 75 Attack, 53 Defense, 83 Special Attack, 113 Special Defense, and 60 Speed, giving it a total of 452 combat points. It’s a resilient Dragon-type that’s worth the effort to track down.
