In Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, there are 28 weapons you can find while playing the game. Some weapons are given to you automatically as part of the story, and others are hidden in different places. This guide shows you where to find each weapon, so you don’t miss any.
All Weapon Locations in Metal Gear Solid: Delta
There are a total of 28 weapons in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Below are the exact locations where you will find them. Some of the weapons you can find in multiple locations throughout the game.
Survival Knife
You will find the Survival Knife in Dremuchij South. You start the game with this.
Mk22 (Tranquilliser)
You will find it in Dremuchij South. You get this back automatically after collecting your backpack.
EZ Gun
You will find it in Dremuchij South. Only available if you start a new game on Very Easy, or if you’ve unlocked the Markhor codename by collecting all 48 animals and plants.
SVD (Sniper Rifle)
You will find it in Dremuchij North. As soon as you enter the area, take the path on the right. The gun is at the end.
You can also get the SVD (Sniper Rifle) by heading towards the long river in Ponizovje South. Then take a left to reach the optional area. Now head towards the docks. Here you will find a yellow door. You will find the SVD (Sniper Rifle) inside the storage room.
Grenade
You will find it in Dremuchij North. Go straight across the area to the north side. It’s inside a tree hollow.
Stun Grenade
You will find it in Dremuchij North. From where you found the Grenade, go right through the grassy path. Follow the wall behind a large tree stump to find it.
XM16E1 (Assault Rifle)
You will find it in Dolinovodno. Cross the bridge and follow the left path under the bridge to find it in a small alcove.
You will also find it in Graniny Gorki Exterior: Inside Walls. In the far back-right corner. Go inside the supply storage building to find it.
Smoke Grenade
You will find it in Dolinovodno. After the bridge, take the left path, and you will find it in a small nook.
M37 (Shotgun)
You will find it in Rassvet. Inside the ruined buildings on the left, behind the metal containers.
You will also find it in Chyornaya Peschera Cave. At the start, take the right path instead of heading straight. It is at the end of that path.
AK-47
You will find it in Rassvet. In the first ruined building straight ahead after entering the area. Go upstairs to find it.
Magazine
You will find it in Rassvet. After getting the AK-47, fire off a full magazine. You will now have a throwable empty mag in your inventory.
M1911A1 (Pistol)
You will find it in Dremuchij East. Automatically in your inventory from the start.
Chaff Grenade
You will find it in Dremuchij East. Go back to the area where the game begins. Climb over the log into the side area to find it.
WP Grenade (White Phosphorus)
You will find it in Chyornyj Prud. Found on the left side of the area, in shallow water along the shore.
Claymore Mines
You will find it in Bolshaya Past South. Near the second fence, you will see several mines. Crawl behind one to collect it.
Mousetrap
You will find it in Bolshaya Past Base. You will find the first mousetrap under a bed in the central building, the second one in the food storage hut outside on the north side.
TNT
You will find it in Bolshaya Past Base, inside the northeast building. Use L2+R2 to place it and L2+X to detonate.
Torch
You will find it in Chyornaya Peschera Cave Branch. Move forward until you find a large room with water and two waterfalls. The Torch is between the waterfalls.
Book
You will find it in Graniny Gorki South. After entering, go left past a fallen log and a puddle. It is near a tripwire trap.
Cigarette Gas-Spray
To get Cigarette Gas-Spray, head to Graniny Gorki Lab B1 West. Enter the area and go right. It’s in the small office.
Handkerchief
To get a Handkerchief, head to Graniny Gorki Lab B1 West. In the next room, open the locker in the left corner.
M63 (Machine Gun)
You will find it in Svyatogornyj East, inside the cabin. Go into the back room and climb over the crate on the left.
Mosin-Nagant (Tranquillizer Sniper)
You will find it in Sokrovenno South. Defeat The End using non-lethal methods (like the Mk22). After the fight, you will get the weapon in the area below your spawn point.
RPG-7 (Rocket Launcher)
You will find it in the Krasnogorje Mountainside. Near the end of the area with AA guns and three small buildings. It’s in the first building on the right.
Scorpion (SMG)
You will find it in Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing. Follow a guard through the door or disguise yourself as an officer using the camo and mask. It’s on the ground floor, in the 2nd room, between the shelves.
Single Action Army (Revolver)
You will find it in Groznyj Grad Torture Room. Given automatically during the story once you’re in the prison cell.
Fork
You will find it in Groznyj Grad Torture Room. Found in your prison cell, on the left side.
Patriot (Machine Gun)
After finishing the story, Patriot (Machine Gun) is given to you as a reward.
