All Vegeta Branching Paths in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has a new game mode called Episode mode. In this mode, you can play through important parts of the anime and see what happens if things were different. These different stories are called Sparking Episodes. They let you see what would happen if things went a different way in the Dragon Ball story. Before you can see the different endings in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, you have to do special things during battles. Some endings have extra scenes that were made just for this game. If you finish the whole story, you’ll get a lot of money, experience points, and other stuff. This guide will tell you about Vegeta’s different endings in the Buu saga and how to get them.

How to unlock Branching Paths

To know if a story has different endings, look at the picture for that story. There will be a symbol with two lines: one is thick with arrows, and the other is thin and dotted. This shows you the different ways the story can end or change. But there’s more to it. There are other ways to unlock these different stories too.

When you start a battle that can have different endings, you might see some “Alternate Goals.” But sometimes you won’t know about these goals until the battle is over. You can check the “Battle Details” in the pause menu to see all the things you need to do in the battle. If you complete the secondary objectives that you didn’t know about, you might get a different ending. These secondary objectives are usually easy to do, like “Defeat the enemy quickly.” But in harder battles, they can be really challenging for some characters.

Some endings will require you to beat an enemy without getting hurt too much and then make a choice later in the story. There aren’t many of these, but they are in different parts of the Dragon Ball Z and Super stories. Always check the “Battle Details” before battles to see if there are extra things you need to do. If you’re having trouble with these extra things, you can use a wish to make them easier. But you won’t get a reward for winning the battle if you use a wish.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Parental Bond Branching Path

  • Upon completing the Wind-Up Doll episode, you can unlock a special story after you fight Android 18. To do this, you have to beat her before the time runs out. Android 18 will be very strong, so try to use your best attacks and finish her quickly.
  • In Parental Bond episode one, Vegeta trains his son Trunks. Because Trunks aspires to be Super Trunks, Vegeta trains him very, very hard. They fight a lot and get Trunks transformed.
  • Meanwhile, Vegeta and Cell are battling. They’re trying to defeat each other. Cell wants Vegeta to join a special tournament called the Cell Games. Cell almost beats Vegeta, but Trunks jumps in to save his dad. Vegeta gets really furious and wants to beat Cell for real.
  • Again Cell is about to beat him, but this time, Trunks appears and helps out his father. The two of them use a tremendous power attack called Final Flash to beat Cell.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Number One Spot Branching Path

  • When you play Vegeta’s Wicked Heart episode in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, you can unlock a special scene called Number One Spot. To do this, you have to choose to “Shake off brainwashing” when Vegeta is under Babidi’s control.
  • But you can’t do this right away. You have to first finish another part called Preparing for the World Tournament without getting hurt too much. If you can do that, you’ll be able to choose to resist Babidi’s control.
  • Dabura is angry at Vegeta for not being controlled. He fights Vegeta, and you have to beat Dabura to keep going. Then, Babidi fights Vegeta, and you have to beat Babidi too. After Buu is gone, Goku and Vegeta fight each other in a tournament.
  • If you beat Goku, the story ends. If Vegeta wins, he’s considered stronger than Goku in this world. Goku shows Vegeta a new, powerful form, and Vegeta promises to get even stronger.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Saiyans: The Warrior Race Branching Path

  • To get the “Saiyans: The Warrior Race” ending, you have to beat Kid Buu before Goku can help. You have to do it when Goku and Vegeta are fighting Kid Buu in a special place.
  • In this ending, Vegeta almost beats Kid Buu by himself. But Kid Buu is tough, so Goku and Vegeta work together to finish him off. They fix everything on Earth using magic dragon balls. However, there’s still something you need to do.
  • He now wants to fight Goku one final time. You have to fight Goku at his strongest form, Super Saiyan 3. If you defeat him, then finally Vegeta wins against Goku and becomes the strongest Saiyan ever.
