All Unique Schematic Locations in Dune: Awakening

In Dune: Awakening, schematics are unique blueprints that allow you to make strong weapons, equipment, and tools. Finding these unique schematics will help you to survive, combat tougher enemies, and travel the desert more safely. The majority of these schematics are present in various locations throughout the Hagga Basin and Vermillius Gap, so you will have to look for them everywhere. In this guide, we will be showing you where you can find all the schematics, how to get them, and what materials you will need to make the items once you get the schematics.

All Unique Schematic Locations in Hagga Basin

Hagga Basin is the first zone in Dune: Awakening. While you travel through this area, you will find Unique Schematics that will help you in keeping alive in the desert. All of these schematics are located in different places, so you will have to search around to find them.

1. Emperor’s Wings Mk1

The Emperor’s Wings Mk1 is a special prop from the famous play My Father’s Shadow. It is a unique suspensor belt used by Jongleurs to float briefly during their performances. To use it, just double-jump and you will float upward. Remember, suspensor fields drain power while they’re active, and they carry your momentum with them.

You can get the schematic for this item from the final loot chest in Testing Station 2; it always drops there. The coordinates are (x: 64278.35, y: 84582.46). You can also find it on the Exchange.

To craft The Emperor’s Wings Mk1, you first need to research its schematic in the Copper Products category. Once researched, you can craft it at either a General Fabricator or a Survival Fabricator, as long as you have the required materials in your inventory or base storage: 8 Copper Ingots, 6 Particle Capacitors, and 5 Spice-infused Copper Dust.

2. Kaleff’s Drinker

Trapped in a cave by Sardaukar forces, Kaleff survived for weeks without any water. He only came out to attack his enemies and take their blood. When the Sardaukar finally killed him, they found this unique kindjal, which had been modified with a device to drain blood.

You can get the schematic for this weapon at The Wreck of The Alcyon; it always drops there. You can find the Kaleff’s Drinker schematic in Hagga Basin South. Just head to the very end of the Wreck of the Alcyon Shipwreck, and it will be there along with an Identification Card. You can also find it on the Exchange. Once you have the schematic, you will need to craft the weapon before you can use it.

Kaleff’s Drinker can be crafted using the Weapons Fabricator. To make it, you will need 5 Copper Ingots, 7 Plasteel Microflora Fibres, and 2 Spice-infused Copper Dust. The crafting process takes 15 seconds to complete, and you will end up with one Kaleff’s Drinker.

3. Aren’s Vengeance

You can find Aren’s Vengeance in a large chest at Broken Stone Station in Hagga Basin South. After getting the schematic, you will need to gather all the materials to craft it, which include 8 Copper Ingots, 3 Spice-infused Copper Dust, and 3 Mechanical Parts. Once you have everything, you can craft Aren’s Vengeance using either a General Fabricator or a Weapons Fabricator.

If you don’t want to farm for Aren’s Vengeance or its schematic, you can also buy them from other players through the Exchange. The Exchange works like a server-wide auction house where players set their own prices for gear, items, and schematics. Another option is trading directly with other players at social hubs like Arrakeen.

4. Way of the Fallen

You can find the Way of the Fallen inside a chest at Old Griffin Hidenway in Hagga Basin South. Once you get the schematic, you’ll need to collect the required materials to craft it: 6 Copper Ingots, 3 Spice-infused Copper Dust, and 3 Mechanical Parts. After gathering everything, you can craft the Way of the Fallen using either a General Fabricator or a Weapons Fabricator.

If you don’t want to search for the Way of the Fallen or its schematic, you can buy them from other players through the Exchange. The Exchange is a server-wide auction house run by players, where prices are set by the community. You can also get Way of the Fallen by trading directly with other players at social hubs like Arrakeen.

5. Hollower Stillsuit

You can find the Hollower Stillsuit at Dewgap Gateway, located at coordinates x: 52061.27, y: 86213.31. This stillsuit come as a full set with four pieces: the mask, garment, gloves, and boots. When you equip the entire set, it gives you solid protection with an armour value of 208, offers 1.20 heat resistance, and increases your catchpocket size by 500, making it a great choice for surviving harsh environments while carrying extra supplies.

6. Old Sparky Mk1

Sim discovered that by carefully crossing a few wires in his power pack, he could create a unique version that recharged much faster than normal, though it came with a trade-off: a slightly smaller overall power pool. His modified pack, nicknamed “Old Sparky,” earned its name from the steady stream of sparks it gave off while running. Despite the flashy side effects, Sim’s trick caught on quickly with others who preferred faster recharges over longer-lasting power.

You can find the schematic at Keyhole Rock (x: 67657.74, y: 92237.50), where it has a 33.3% drop chance. It’s also available on the Exchange if you’d rather not search for it. Once you get the schematic, you’ll need to craft the engine before it can be used.

You can craft Old Sparky Mk1 using just one recipe. To do this, you’ll need either a Fabricator or a Survival Fabricator. The process takes around 15 seconds and requires a few materials: Copper Ingots, Particle Capacitors, and Spice-infused Copper Dust. Once it’s done, you’ll have your very own Old Sparky Mk1 ready to go.

7. Sim’s Cutter

When the mining sites in Vermillius Gap were shut down, Sim and the other miners decided to switch gears and become scavengers. Sim managed to “borrow” a unique cutteray from the old ironworks, thinking it would give him an edge. But he quickly realised it was specially tuned to boost Granite, Copper, and Salvage yields while only offering basic returns on Iron. All he could do was sigh and mutter, “Oh, the iron-y.”

You can find the schematic at Keyhole Rock (x: 67657.74, y: 92237.50), where it has a 33.3% drop chance. It’s also available on the Exchange if you’d rather not search for it. Once you get the schematic, you’ll need to craft the engine before it can be used.

You can craft Sim’s Cutter using a single recipe. To make it, you’ll need either a Fabricator or a Survival Fabricator. The process takes about 15 seconds and requires a few key materials: Copper Ingots, EMF Generators, and Spice-infused Copper Dust. Once the crafting is complete, you’ll have one Sim’s Cutter ready to use.

8. Mohandis Sandbike Engine Mk1

The Mohandis family trace their roots back to merchant-engineers, and they even claim that this engine model was originally designed by an ancestor known only as Slide Rule. It features a unique modification that lets it be installed in sandbikes, boosting their speed, but it also generates more heat.

You can find the schematic at Keyhole Rock (coordinates: x: 67657.74, y: 92237.50), where it has a 33.3% drop chance. It’s also available on the Exchange if you’d rather not search for it. Once you get the schematic, you’ll need to craft the engine before it can be used.

To craft the Mohandis Sandbike Engine Mk3, you’ll first need to research its schematic. You can find it under the Vehicles category in the Steel Products research tree.

Once that’s done, you’ll need to equip a Construction Tool to place the engine. Make sure you have all the required materials either in your inventory or stored at your base. That includes a large amount of water, along with various crafting components like steel ingots, cobalt paste, particle capacitors, complex machinery, and spice-infused steel dust. Once you’ve got everything ready, you’ll be able to build and install the engine.

9. Aren’s Armour

Aren was once a powerful warlord from Kirab, but after falling from grace, he fled to the south and lived among the scavengers. During his time there, he created this unique set of scavenger armour. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to protect him. Kirab eventually sent a squad after him, and they made sure he didn’t survive.

You have a 20% chance of finding Aren’s Armour Schematics in the large chest located in Hagga Basin South. Look for it on top of a rocky formation next to a crashed thopter. The exact coordinates are (x: 73492.36, y: 82472.36), so keep an eye out when you’re exploring that area.

10. Hajra Literjon Mk1

This is a special water container made by the Fremen, designed for those setting out on a journey of spiritual seeking. It’s often carried by wali during their Trial of Aql, and what makes it unique is that the water inside is a gift from the whole sietch, a shared offering for good luck. It holds more water than regular literjons, making it especially useful for long treks.

To get it, you’ll need the schematic, which can be found at Eastern Safeway ( x: 78683.98, y: 91546.79). If you don’t feel like searching, it’s also available on the Exchange or for purchase from the vendor at Griffin’s Reach Trading Post. Once you have the schematic, you’ll need to craft the item before you can actually use it.

The Hajra Literjon Mk1 can be crafted using a single recipe. To make it, you’ll need to use either a Fabricator or a Survival Fabricator. The process takes about 15 seconds, and you’ll need a few specific materials: 16 Copper Ingots, 3 pieces of Micro-sandwich Fabric, and 5 units of Spice-infused Copper Dust. Once the crafting is complete, you’ll end up with one Hajra Literjon Mk1, ready to use.

As you make your way through this area, you’ll come across Unique Schematics that can really boost your chances of surviving the harsh desert.
