Enter the massive skull cave and dive underwater to reach the other side. Once you emerge, head toward the ruins ahead of you and use the scaffolding on the left to climb to the top. Inside a small cave at the top of the ruins, you’ll find a table next to a body with the Topaz Eye placed on it.

The Agate Eye is located in the Sand Sea Ruins, specifically in the section above the dungeon of the same name. To get inside, start north of the ruins and climb up using the structures there. Once inside, make your way down to the middle floor of the circular building, then follow the hallway. You’ll find the Agate Eye resting on a table.

5. Sapphire Eye

The Sapphire Eye can be found in the southeastern part of the map, in the Sand Sea Oasis. Look for a skeleton submerged in the water – just swim down, and you’ll see the Sapphire Eye lying next to it.

6. Emerald Eye

The Emerald Eye is hidden in Shark’s Teeth, a region in the northwest. Begin your search at the Shark’s Teeth Party Camp, then look toward the southeast, where you’ll see a small statue surrounded by scaffolding. Simply climb to the top of the structure to retrieve the Emerald Eye.

7. Ruby Eye

To collect Ruby Eye, you can start after collecting the Totem Base. Turn to the right of the altar and look for pink glowing rocks leading to a small cave passage. This path takes you deeper into the Shrine to Wael, where you will encounter the Ward of the Eye standing next to the Ruby Eye. You have two options: take the Ruby Eye directly or speak with the ward, who may give it to you willingly if you cooperate.
