The New World: Aeternum video game has made its way to the world of Nighthaven starting a new collectible feature called the Arcane Tarot Cards. These mysterious cards are not only for decoration, but you can also open the Elite Chests that are scattered all over the area. Each card will be linked to a particular spot and at times, will be associated with a minor difficulty or quest. To help you collect them all, here’s a complete and easy-to-follow guide to every Tarot Card location in Nighthaven.
All Tarot Card Locations
The New World Aeternum: Nighthaven allows you to collect the Arcane Tarot Cards, which are used in unlocking the Elite Chests that are hidden throughout the world. Each card has its specific place and a challenge linked to it, thus if you wish to have the whole set, a complete list to every Tarot Card and its location is provided here.
Fool Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2473, y:5469]
You’ll find it at the Tower of the Fool, with the Church of the Cup being the nearest fast-travel point. This card is essential, as it’s required to unlock the bases of most Towers.
Magician Card Location
Coordinates: [x:3657, y:4855]
To find the Magician card, head over to the Church of the Wand fast-travel point. From there, go west toward the Spyglass of Aeternum and complete the quest inside the tower to earn the card.
High Priestess Card Location
Coordinates: [x:5327, y:5974]
This one is located within the Tower of the High Priestess. You can reach it easily by traveling south from the Church of the Absolute waypoint.
Empress Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4226, y:6451]
From the Church of the Last Days waypoint, head south toward Esagila. The shrine containing the card is hidden deep inside Uttu’s battle arena, right at the bottom of the waterfall.
Emperor Card Location
Coordinates: [x:3936, y:7961]
You’ll find the Emperor card in the Tower of the Emperor, just north of the Church of the Meek. This is a stronghold area, so it’s best to defeat it with a group instead of going solo.
Hierophant Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4166, y:6689]
The Hierophant card is inside the Tower of the Hierophant, near the Church of the Last Days.
Lovers Card Location
Coordinates: [x:3211, y:5844]
This card is tied to one of the main story quests in Nighthaven. You’ll find it inside Castle Dracula’s throne room, located south of the Church of the Twelve waypoint.
Chariot Card Location
Coordinates: [x:3855, y:6961]
Head to the Grand Carnival outpost and search the upper northern section of the area to uncover this card.
Strength Card Location
Coordinates: [x:5815, y:6041]
From the Church of the Absolute, travel east to the Tower of Strength. You’ll need to solve a few orb-placement puzzles to reach the top, where the card is present.
Hermit Card Location
The Hermit card is a tricky one because it’s completely RNG-based. You’ll need to keep running through the Catacombs until the correct room spawns it might take some time.
Fortune Card Location

You can find this card in the Buru of Irkalla, which lies north of the Church of Perseverance waypoint.
Justice Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4000, y:6201]
Starting from the Church of Divinity, head west toward the Tower of Justice. The card can be found right at the top.
Hanged Man Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2844, y:5394]
Starting from the Church of the Cup and moving northeast. Climb up the rocky ledge and look for a doorway that leads downstairs to the shrine. That’s where the card is hidden.
Death Card Location
Coordinates: [x:3389, y:5798]
You’ll obtain this card naturally during the main story, in the room where you relive the King’s memories. To reach it, travel east from the Church of the Sword into Castle Dracula.
Temperance Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4916, y:5124]
Travel south from the Church of the Living Saint to Monastery Isle, then check behind the main building to find the card.
Devil Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2488, y:5974]
You need to head west from the Church of the Sword to the Tower of the Devil to locate this card.
Tower Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2695, y:7835]
Before you go for this one, make sure you have a Potion of Fool’s Sight, which you can buy at any store. Then head northwest toward the lake, drink the potion, and search the eastern part of the lake to spot the card.
Star Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2196, y:7059]
Starting from the Church of Revelation, head west to reach the Tower of Stars, where the card can be collected.
Moon Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4306, y:7404]
From the Church of the Frontier, go east to the Tower of the Moon to find this card.
Sun Card Location

This one’s inside the Tower of the Hermit, located east of the Church of Last Prayer.
Judgment Card Location

Travel south from the Church of Contemplation to Ashfall Watch, near Scorchstone. Circle around the watchtower, and you’ll find the card waiting at the top.
World Card Location
Coordinates: [x:4281, y:6035]
The World is located in Sorrowthron Moot, just south of the Church of Divinity. Take the underground path instead of climbing the tower to reach the card shrine.
The Echo Card Location
You’ll receive it after completing the Isle of the Night raid, right at the end.
Rebirth Card Location
Coordinates: [x:2153, y:6417]
The Rebirth card is found in Arcanist’s Hold, west of the Church of Fates. Since it’s a stronghold, it’s recommended to bring a team instead of going solo.
