Amid the filth, your only real comfort is your music player. Throughout missions, you’ll find cassette tapes featuring genres like classical, rock, hip-hop, and alternative—allowing you to set the mood as you clean. Collecting them all adds a richer, more personalized touch to the experience.
However, there is more to these crime scenes than meets the eye. Hidden areas scattered throughout levels reward observant players with secret goodies and lots of cash. So if you are a perfectionist or simply a lover of secrets, grab your mop for some extra cleaning-and some extra digging!

Secret Location 1
Start by exiting your car and heading into the building with the illuminated entrance. Climb up the second flight of stairs until you spot a window. You’ll notice a message that says “Secrets Nearby” right in front of it.
Climb out through the window and carefully walk along the ledge to your left. Look around to spot a box covered with a red, flower-patterned cloth. Make your way to it to uncover the first secret.
Secret Location 2
Begin by leaving your car and entering the lit-up building. Head up the stairs to the top floor, where you’ll find Apartment 23. While facing the apartment door, look to your right. Knock the box off the shelf nearby to reveal a key—this will unlock Apartment 23. Once inside, enter the room on the right.
Smash the planks covering the window with your fists and climb out. You’ll see an elevator across from you—reach it and press the green button to go down. After the elevator stops, break the planks on the window ahead and step inside. You’ve now reached the second secret.
Secret Location 3
Inside Apartment 23, enter the room on the right and exit through the window. Move forward and interact with the ladder to drop it, opening up a shortcut. Climb down and continue straight toward the table with the red flower-patterned cloth. When you turn right, you’ll find an iron-barred gate.
To unlock it, return to the base of the ladder, turn right, and locate a key sitting on a box between the wire mesh panels. Use this key to open the gate. Inside, you’ll face another locked iron gate. To access it, exit the building, climb the ladder again, and take a right at the top to go down the fire escape. Enter through the nearby window to discover the Hidden Apartment.
Inside, walk forward and take the door next to the statue. In the following room, you’ll find another key beside the statue on your left. Use this key to unlock the final gate and uncover the third secret.
All Cassettes Location in Bad Call
Cassette Location 1
After exiting your car, head into the building with the lit entrance. Make your way to the top floor and climb over the overturned shelves. You’ll need to access Apartment 23—stand in front of its door, then turn right. On the shelf to your left, next to a candle, lift the cardboard box to reveal the key hidden underneath.
Enter the apartment and walk toward the body with a knife in its back. Just ahead of it is a white door—open it to find a trapdoor with blood seeping from above. Open the trapdoor, and a body will drop down.
Cassette Location 2
When you first step into Apartment 23, head into the room on your right. Smash the wooden planks covering the window by punching them, then climb out. Carefully move along the ledge on the right side of the building until you reach the lift.
Press the green button to activate the lift, which will lower you by one floor. Once it stops, break the planks on the nearby window and climb inside. You’ll find the cassette sitting on the shelf to your right, just beneath the walkman.
Cassette Location 3
After entering Apartment 23, head into the room on the right and punch through the wooden planks covering the window. Climb out and interact with the ladder facing the lift to drop it, creating a shortcut. Climb down the ladder, and just ahead, on the right side of the table with the red floral tablecloth, you’ll spot a door secured with iron bars.
To unlock it, turn around and check the top of the square box next to the basketball—you’ll find the key there. Use it to open the barred door. Inside, you’ll come across another iron-barred door, and beyond it lies a cassette. But to access it, you’ll need a second key.
Exit the building and take the fire escape stairs to the left of the basketball. Instead of going through the first window, continue down to the floor below and enter through the window there. Walk forward and go through the door to the right of the statue. You’ll find the second key beside another statue on the left. Use it to unlock the final barred door, and you’ll find the cassette sitting on the heater to the right.

Secret Location 1
At the start of the mission, head left into the Men’s Locker Room. After exiting, you’ll find yourself in a large area with a pool, known as the Relaxation Zone. On the left side of this room, there’s an area lit with pink neon lights and a tanning machine. On the table beside the lounge chair, you’ll spot a W024 keycard.
Pick it up and proceed to the wooden door located to the left of the corridor that leads to the elevator. Use the keycard to open locker number 24 and retrieve the M034 keycard inside. Head back to the Men’s Locker Room and use this new card to open locker number 34, where you’ll find a VIP card.
Return to the Relaxation Zone. Just to the right of the neon-lit room’s entrance, look for a hidden compartment with a numpad. Solve the hacking mini-game to unlock the door. Inside, on the wall to the left of the computer, there’s a device where you can use the VIP card. Once used, another hidden section within the pool area will open—this is the VIP Zone, where the secret is located.
Secret Location 2
After accessing the VIP Zone, grab the pink W018 keycard from the table inside. Head over to the Women’s Restroom and use the card to unlock cabinet number 18. Inside, you’ll discover the second secret.

Cassette Location 1
At the start of the mission, head left and enter the door labeled “Men’s Locker Room.” After exiting, you’ll arrive at the Relaxation Zone. Look to the left side of the pool to find a door secured with a numpad.
To get through, you’ll need to complete a code-cracking mini-game—press each digit when the vertical line aligns with the correct numbers in the four-digit sequence. Once unlocked, go inside and look to the right of the computer desk to find the cassette.
Cassette Location 2
Go back to the same room where you found the first cassette and interact with the red-glowing fuse box located on the pipes opposite the computer. This will drain the pool in the Relaxation Zone. Once it’s empty, head into the pool to collect the locker card marked M017.
Use this card to unlock locker M017 in the Men’s Locker Room. Inside, you’ll discover the second cassette.
Cassette Location 3
Make your way into the room lit with pink neon lights that features an Anubis statue and a tanning machine. On the table, you’ll find a locker card labeled W024. After grabbing it, head to the door on the left side of the hallway with the elevator to enter the Women’s Locker Room.
Right after entering, use the card to open locker W024 on your left. Inside, you’ll find another locker card marked M034. Take it back to the Men’s Locker Room and open locker 34 to retrieve a VIP card. Return to the computer room near the pool where you cracked the code earlier.
On the wall left of the computer, there’s a device where you can swipe the VIP card. This will unlock a hidden area on the right side of the pool. Enter the newly revealed VIP Zone, and to the right of the small lion statue between two pillars, you’ll find the third cassette.

Interact with this second painting to uncover a numpad that needs to be hacked. Once you’ve successfully opened the safe, the secret will be inside.

Go upstairs to the upper level and take a left down the hallway. Enter the door directly in front of you—you’ll find a key on the round wooden table inside. Pick it up.
Next, return to the ground floor and unlock the white double doors leading to the Living Room. From there, head right into the kitchen. To the left of the refrigerator, you’ll see a white door. Open it and crouch to go through, and you’ll discover the secret spot.

Right at the start of the level, head upstairs. Take a left, then go through the door on your right. Inside the room, turn left—you’ll spot a cabinet with a candle inside. The cassette is placed in front of the radio on top of that cabinet.

Once you’ve collected the first cassette, head back downstairs and attempt to open the white double doors. Then, return to the room where you found the previous cassette. You’ll now find a new cassette in the same spot, right in front of the radio, replacing the original one.

After getting out of the car, head through the door on the right to enter the pizzeria. Once inside, take the wooden door on the left. Move the stacked boxes in front of the dartboard to uncover a trapdoor on the floor.
Next, exit the room and go through the double doors across the hallway. Head into the kitchen area on the right side and grab the key from the right-hand drawer of the computer desk. Use this key to unlock the trapdoor, revealing the pizzeria’s hidden gambling room.
Secret Location 2
Once you exit the car, go through the door on the right to access the pizzeria. Inside, pass through the wooden door on the left, then take the other door in that room to reach the back alley. Turn left, pick up the chair, and climb onto the stacked objects in front of the wall. Use the chair to boost yourself over to the other side, where you’ll find the hidden concert area.
Secret Location 3
After getting out of the car, enter the pizzeria through the door on the right. Go through the wooden door on the left, and then take the next door to step into the back alley. Turn right and go through the door marked with a yellow warning sign. Break the wooden planks inside and approach the generator to uncover the secret.

Exit your car and head into the building marked with the exit sign on the right. Go through the second door on the left, which is made of wood. Inside this room, look to the right of the shelf near the plant—you’ll find the cassette there.

After stepping out of the car, enter the building with the exit sign on the right. Proceed through the second door on the left (the wooden one). Upon entering, you’ll notice a dartboard directly ahead. Move the boxes blocking it to reveal a trapdoor on the floor.
To unlock it, leave the room and go through the double doors in front of you. In the kitchen on the right side, check the drawer to the right of the computer desk and grab the key. Return to the trapdoor and use the key to open it. Climb down the long ladder into the hidden gambling room. Once inside, turn right and you’ll spot the pink cassette on top of a drawer.

Get out of the car and enter the building with the exit sign on the right. Go through the second door on the left (the wooden one), then enter the room with a clock on the door to access the back alley. Turn left and pick up the chair you find along the way.
Continue forward toward the wall topped with barbed wire. Use the chair to climb over it, and you’ll reach a small hidden concert area. The cassette is sitting on the amplifier to the right of the drum set.

Secret Location 1
After getting out of the car, follow the path and enter the villa’s garden through the door. Turn right and go through the double wooden doors. Inside, activate the fuse box to drain the blood from the pool. In the middle of the pool, you’ll find the Workshop key. Use it to unlock the Workshop, which is located to the right of the fuse box room.
Inside the Workshop, interact with the second fuse box to open the villa’s main entrance. Once you’re inside, head left and go upstairs to the second floor. Turn right into the bathroom and look to the left—on top of the toilet, you’ll find the laundry room key.
Head back downstairs and use this key to unlock the laundry room, located to the left of the room with the large TV. Inside, you’ll uncover the secret.
Secret Location 2
Once inside the villa, head to the kitchen where you’ll spot a staircase leading down. In the basement, push aside the boxes stacked in the carpeted corner. Behind them is a crawlspace you can crouch through. Enter it to discover the hidden area.
Secret Location 3
After entering the villa, go back outside and locate the basketball court across from the pool. To the right of this area, you’ll find a staircase. Climb it and turn left at the top to walk along the ledge into a grassy section.
Continue moving forward until you reach a spot with a pizza box and some pillows in the corner. This will lead you to the third secret location.

To obtain the first cassette, simply begin the level—it will be automatically added to your music player without any extra steps.

Enter this room and look up through the glass ceiling to spot a series of colorful TV screens. Pay close attention to the colors and their positions—they’re key to solving the puzzle.
Next, make your way through the glass maze inside the room until you reach the far corner, where you’ll find another set of TV screens. Your task is to match the screen colors here with the pattern you saw above. The correct arrangement is:

From where you begin, walk straight toward the dinosaur fossil. As you near it, look to the right to find a red door leading to the East Wing, which is filled with red-themed items. Head inside, turn left, and you’ll find the cassette next to a blue radio sitting on a red table.

Starting from your initial position, move straight ahead until you reach the dinosaur fossil. Face the fossil, then look to your right—you’ll spot a blue door. Go through it to enter the North Exhibition area, which features mosaic glass and duck heads on the walls.
Take the stairs on the right and go through the blue door at the top. Follow the hallway, and you’ll see the cassette placed in front of a toolbox along the corridor.
Cassette Location 3
From the starting area, head straight and move right toward the dinosaur fossil. While facing the fossil, turn to your left to spot a blue door. This leads to a dimly lit, eerie room. Inside, look up through the glass ceiling to observe the color pattern of the TVs.
Navigate to the corner of the glass maze where you’ll find several interactive screens. You’ll need to replicate the color order from the ceiling TVs on these screens:

From your starting point, turn left and you’ll see a cream-colored door leading to the West Wing. Enter and turn right, then walk ahead and go through the door on your left. You’ll notice a zebra-print rug in this room.
Leave that room and continue forward until you reach one with a static screen. After exiting that space, you’ll arrive at the music stage. To get the cassette, clean up some of the blood on the stage. Once a portion is cleared, the cassette will appear.

Secret Location 1
From your starting point, turn right and head through the white door in front of you. Go up the stairs and open the door at the top. Inside, hop over the conveyor belt to reach the opposite side. Head to the container on your left, go inside, and collect the key from the table. Exit the container and make your way toward the conveyor, then turn left.
You’ll spot a wall lit up with a yellow electrical sign and a “Power Supply” label. Head that way and go down the stairs. Continue through the hallway marked with another electrical sign on the left and crouch to descend further. At the bottom, activate the generator.
Go back upstairs and turn right. Next to the mannequin dressed as a bodyguard, you’ll see a gate with wires. Open it and head inside. Behind the yellow curtain, on the podium, you’ll find the hidden secret.
Secret Location 2
After locating the previous secret, return downstairs to the generator area. On the right side of the generator, you’ll find a vent cover. Break it open and crawl through the ventilation shaft. At the other end, break through another cover to reveal the next hidden area.
Secret Location 3
From your starting point, turn right and enter through the white door. Climb the stairs to the top and go through the next door. Get onto the conveyor belt ahead and head right. Drop down and approach the beam near the Power Supply stairs—you’ll see a fire extinguisher mounted there.
With your back to the extinguisher, climb the stacked boxes in front of you. Once you’re on the “Caution” wire, crouch and move through the narrow space, then turn left. A plank will appear ahead—crouch and move across it, then take another left. Keep crouching forward until you reach a box and a red mat—there you’ll uncover the secret.
Secret Location 4
Follow the conveyor belt on the Hall Ground Floor up to the Hall First Floor. Once you reach the hatch cover marked “Keep Out,” jump to the left and move forward a bit. Look left to see the Control Room. Enter and go right.
Use the chairs in the room and nearby boxes outside to build a platform that lets you climb on top of the lockers. If you have a step ladder, you can use that instead.
Once you’re on the lockers, climb up the nearby ventilation pipes. Turn right and leap onto them. Keep going until you spot a vent shaft cover—break it open, crawl in, and jump down to discover a hidden room.
Secret Location 5
Go to the Control Room and hack the locked door beside the control panels to access it. Inside, you’ll find a Hatch Keycard on a box. Insert it into the panel and power it on. Leave the room, turn right, and jump onto the conveyor. Head left to enter the Sorting Room.
As you continue along the belt, look for a burned box on the left side at the end. Pick up the Elevator Card resting on it. Return to the Control Room, insert the card into the first panel, and activate it to power the elevator. Ride the elevator to the second floor, turn left, and proceed down the hall.
On your left, you’ll come across a door—go through it and lower the yellow ladder. Once you’re down, head right and retrieve the Crane Keycard near a dead worker in front of a broken box. Go back to the Control Room, deactivate the second panel, insert the Crane Keycard into the third slot, and turn it on.
Take the elevator back to the second floor, go down the hall again, and enter the left-hand door. Use the crane controls to lower the magnet completely, then press the red magnet button to lift the container. Cross over the lifted container.
Jump down to the area below and turn right to find a blue container with a plank in front of it. Inside, you’ll find the Unknown Key on a table. Head back to the Control Room, turn off the third panel, and reactivate the second panel.
Exit the Control Room, turn right, hop onto the conveyor, and turn left into the Sorting Room. Ahead, you’ll find a wired door. Use the Unknown Key to unlock it and reveal the final secret.

Cassette Location 1
After exiting the car, turn right and you’ll notice a set of white double doors. Head through them and go up the stairs to reach the top floor. Inside the room, hop over the production line to cross to the other side. On the left, you’ll see a container—enter it and grab the key from the table inside.
Exit the container, turn right, and then take a left past the forklift. Ahead, you’ll notice a yellow-lit section labeled “Power Supply.” Go down the stairs beneath the electrical hazard sign. Keep going until you reach another electrical warning and descend further. Activate the yellow generator at the bottom.
After that, return upstairs and turn right. You’ll see a mannequin dressed like a bodyguard beside a wired gate. Go through the gate and head behind the yellow curtain. You’ll find the cassette sitting on the lectern in the mannequin-filled room.
Cassette Location 2
Once you’ve collected the previous tape, exit the room and take the stairs in front of you to the upper level. At the top, move toward the distant forklift and hop onto the conveyor line. Walk all the way to the end without stepping off. There, you’ll find a deceased worker holding a Conveyor Belt Card.
Grab the card and drop down on the left side of the conveyor. To your left, you’ll spot the Control Room. Go inside and turn left to find a door with a hackable keypad. Once it’s unlocked, retrieve the Hatch Keycard inside.
Now insert both the Conveyor Belt and Hatch cards into the panel inside the Control Room. Flip the switches on each one to activate them. Head back to the conveyor where you found the dead worker and ride it again. At the end, turn left—you’ll see a scorched wooden crate. On top of it lies the Elevator Card.
Take this card back to the Control Room and insert it into the panel. Switch it on. Ensure that the panels for the elevator, power, and hatch (first, second, and fourth) are all active. Turn around, head left, then make a right to reach the elevator. Hit the button for the second floor. Once you arrive, follow the straight brick corridor. It will lead you to the boss’s office. Inside a drawer next to a radio, you’ll find the cassette.
Cassette Location 3
After collecting the cassette from the boss’s office, exit and continue down the corridor. You’ll see a door straight ahead and another to your right. Go through the right door and turn left. Use the yellow ladder to climb down. At the bottom, look for the blue container behind the forklift. Head inside—you’ll find the cassette in a yellow lunch bag on the table.

After exiting the blue container, grab the Crane Keycard from the nearby corpse next to the damaged crate. Now, return to the elevator, descend to the first floor, and insert the Crane card into the Control Room panel. Then, climb the yellow ladder once again. Go through the door, turn right, and head back to the elevator.
Ride it up to the second floor, follow the corridor, and take the left door at the split. Inside, turn right to find the crane. Lower the magnet entirely, press the red button to engage it, and then lift the magnet to raise the yellow container.
Cross over the container and drop down near a dead worker. To your lower left, you’ll spot a blue container with a plank in front of it. Go inside and pick up the Unknown Key. Return to the Control Room, deactivate the first panel, and activate the second.
Exit the Control Room, turn right, and go across the conveyor belt into the Sorting Room. Once you’re off the belt, look ahead for a wired door. In the statue-filled space, you’ll find the cassette resting on a wooden crate to your right.
