In Tarkuan, there are many Poogies hidden across different areas, and some of them can be easy to miss because they are found on high pillars, inside caves, or in hidden underground spots. A few Poogies only become available after you complete Thea’s side story, as it unlocks the skill needed to detect hidden Poogies underground. Every time you help a Poogie, you will get two Trade Tickets (Gold), which will convert into 200 points. In this guide, we will show you all Poogies’ locations in Tarkuan in Monster Hunter Stories 3.
All Poogies Location in Tarkuan
Some Poogies are hidden underground, so you will not be able to find them. To find these, you need to complete Thea’s side story, because it unlocks the skill that lets you find hidden Poogies.
After you unlock the ability, the game will tell you whenever a hidden Poogie is nearby. When you see the alert, look around carefully, find the hidden spot, and interact with it to reveal the Poogie and collect its reward. After you help a Poogie, it will reward you with two Trade Tickets (Gold). These tickets are automatically turned into 200 points. Below is the list of all the Poogie locations that we have found in Tarkuan.
Poogie 1 Location
You can find this Poogie near the base of the Colossal Dragon’s Remains. It is standing close to the mining area.
Poogie 2 Location
You can find this Poogie behind a sandship located directly west of the Colossal Dragon’s Remains Lookout Point.
Poogie 3 Location
This one is located along the right side of the giant crystallised dragon. Just follow the dragon’s arm area, and you will find it nearby.
Poogie 4 Location
This Poogie is hidden inside the dragon’s mouth. Start from the dragon’s head, glide downward, then turn around and glide into the mouth to reach it.
Poogie 5 Location
You will find this Poogie near Tarkuan Monster Den. Climb up the long rock like structure and the Poogie will be standing near the end of the rock.
Poogie 6 Location
This Poogie is found in the middle of the map. To get there, you need to use your monster and break open the mountain. Inside the mountain, you will find the Poogie near the crystals.
Poogie 7 – 10 Locations
Poogie 7, 8, 9, and 10 are in a hidden isolated area. To reach it, jump into the quicksand pools in Bountiful Dunes and keep trying different ones until you land in the correct room.
Poogie 11 Location
You can find this Poogie on a stone pillar below the crystallised dragon. Climb the dragon first, then glide down to the pillar.
Poogie 12 Location
Near the dragon’s head, fly towards the right side of the dragon head to find a stone pillar. On the stone pillar, you will find the Poogie.
Poogie 13 Location
You will find this Poogie directly north of the crystallised dragon in Bountiful Dunes, sitting on top of a tall pillar.
Poogie 14 Location
This Poogie is found on the small island in the middle of the lake in Bountiful Dunes.
Poogie 15 Location
Go to the northern end of Bountiful Dunes. This Poogie is hiding behind a pillar, just across from the sandship in Galyad.
Poogie 16 Location
Near the Monster Den, you will find a rock structure in the middle of the map. Go towards the side of the rock structure to find the Poogie near the crystals.
Poogie 17 Location
You will find this one on the northernmost pillar in Rococo Rocks. Glide there from the higher pillar near the Catavan Stand.
Poogie 18 Location
This Poogie is inside a small cave in the cliff wall. First, reveal the cave by using a Breath attack, then glide in using the wind currents near the Rococo Rocks camp.
Poogie 19 Location
On the east side of the map, you will find the Poogie in a big rock structure. Fly towards the structure to find the Poogie near the edge of the rock.
Poogie 20 Location
This one is inside the cave reached from the bottom of the egg quartz quarry in Bountiful Dunes.
Poogie 21 Location
On the northern side of the map, you will find a wood structure. Climb down to the right side to find a cave. Enter the cave and you will find the Poogie on the left side, near the crystals.
Poogie 22 Location
You will find this Poogie inside the cave at the top of the egg quartz quarry. This cave only opens after completing Gaul’s third side story.
