All 17 Hidden Omamoris Location
Whale [Ebisugaoka (first visit)]

Inside a house, grab the Bloody Key upstairs, then the Back Door Key opposite the room. Don’t use the balcony—unlock the back door, drop the ladder, and the charm is behind you.
Cat (Shrine Path)

During the Shrine Vault Puzzle, locate a worn Cat votive plaque in the western section; flip it to reveal the Omamori. You must collect it before finishing all puzzle solutions.
Pine [Ebisugaoka (second pass)]

Walk north to the Doctor’s House, get the Drawer Key from the downstairs chest. Use it upstairs, read the note, then leave; a nearby locked room will now be open where you can collect the charm.
Spider [Ebisugaoka (second visit)]

At Sennensugi Shrine you’ll find a key for Sakuko’s mailbox by some rocks near the gate. Backtrack to the General Store, head northwest into the alley to Sakuko’s house, and use the key on her mailbox.
Hawk (Corridors)

After opening the Sacred Door, go east into the room that the enemy emerged from — the Omamori sits on a chest by the window.
Blessed Hand Mirror (Corridors)

In a room just past the Sacred Door with a Hokora Shrine, find this fragile charm near a medkit. If you die while it’s equipped, it’s lost but you can find more later on as well.
Wolf (Ebisugaoka Middle School)

Inside Tsuchiya Taiko’s locker — the code to open it is 377.
Bull (Worship Hall)

After solving the Light Puzzle, don’t immediately return to the main hall. Enter the locker room; a back-right room becomes accessible there — the Omamori is inside.
Horse [Ebisugaoka (fourth visit)]

Past a pond you’ll climb and cross a wooden bridge. Take the right fork after the bridge and you’ll find the charm sitting in front of a shrine.
Crow (Main Hall)

Once the first ritual is done and you’re back on the first floor, head south one room and open the metal door — the Omamori is inside with some other items.
Suzuran [Ebisugaoka (fifth visit)]

After a forced fight, continue downhill. A house on the left will spawn an enemy from the right when you approach — kill it, then check the crate where it came from to find the Omamori.
Cuckoo (Shimizu Residence lll)

Completing the Ominous Photo Puzzle triggers a hidden room. Pass the Calendar doors in the third section and Hokora Shrine to reach a desk holding the Omamori.

Shrew Mole (Shrine Path)

During the Shrine Vault Puzzle you can reach a southeast area. Cross the bridge to the big tree and check behind it for a shoe box containing the Omamori.

Rabbit (Ebisugaoka Middle School)

From outside, go to the west side and climb into a classroom through a window; you’ll hear a crackling radio. A shoe box at the back of that room holds the Omamori.

Swallow (Worship Hall)

In the western section, crawl through a gap in the southern wall to reach a small room with a door — open it and pick up the Omamori inside.
