Whether one desires to pursue the 9-to-5 lifestyle of a lawyer or has aspirations of being a yoga instructor or a turtle conservationist, all career opportunities allow zois to earn Meow and experience island life.
All New Careers in InZOI
In Island Getaway, Zois are able to earn Meow either by recouping earnings from farming, fishing, and mining or they can only pursue full-time rabbit hole jobs, no part-time options. Here is a breakdown of career opportunities on the islands:
Tour Guide with Harihari Travel
This should be perfect for an island resort hired position. Your zoi’s initial salary starts at M 300, with growth potential of up to M 1,100 as a professional guide. If you are someone that enjoys showing new visitors around and soaking in the sun in Cahaya, then this is the perfect fit for you.
Lawyer at Sawara Firm
This is the most conventional profession, found in Cahaya. It doesn’t scream “island lifestyle,” but the salary makes it worthwhile. New hires earn M 450, and partners make M 2,040, which is one of the highest salaries that are available.
Field Farming Work
Farmers only make M 120 per shift, but they don’t work very many hours every morning. To be honest, players typically find it more valuable to plant and sell their own crops than taking this job.
Sea Turtle Conservation Work
Probably the most wholesome option, this job lets your zoi help protect Cahaya’s sea turtles. It starts small at M 280, but dedicated workers can become Marine Ecology Guardians, making M 1,000. While it won’t make you rich, it feels meaningful and connected to the setting.
Red Bone Tissue Gang
If your zoi prefers the criminal route, Cahaya’s gang is both dangerous and profitable. Even at entry level, the Rookie position pays M 360, and reaching Boss nets a massive M 2,169, the single best salary in the expansion.

This is hands down the lowest-paying path. Starting pay is M 110, and even in a leadership role you’ll only see M 600. It’s better suited to curious, book-loving zois who value the work itself over money.
Miner with the Union
Similar to farming, this career also pays M 120. The hours are short, but the job itself isn’t glamorous. If you want better returns, crafting your own tools and mining for gems on your own is the way to go.
Driving for Jallan Network
Here, taxi service covers both the roads and the waters between Cahaya’s islands. Drivers earn between M 270 and M 950 depending on rank. Sadly, it’s not hands-on—players don’t actually get to drive the taxis.
Napas Yoga Instructor
If calm and relaxation are your zoi’s calling, yoga work is ideal. The pay ranges from M 260 to M 900, but the stress-free lifestyle makes up for the modest wages.
In short: if you’re after maximum money, crime and law are your best bets. If you care about lifestyle and meaning, yoga or turtle conservation are worth it. And if you’d rather stay independent, self-run farming and mining will outpace the official jobs once you put in the effort.
